Sounds more like something The Drive would do.

I bet this is their April Fools' joke. It will become clear when they announce their vaunted library has been cut down to nothing but "Last Friday Night" by Katy Perry. Or something like that.

Supposed to start at 9. I'll be doin' thangs like Big Bear all morning, so someone will have to tell me if I was right.

I can't wait until the Aitches when I can hear "Hey St. Peter" by Flash & The Pan.

Dumb.

It's early yet. They have varied the plan on the 4/1 joke over the years. Sometimes it was just the morning show/segment (ala the year the date was on Saturday and they stated it was the last year of Saturday Morning Flashback) or they carry it through the day. I don't think it will last more than today but they gonna play it out.

They are mixing it up nicely. It's better than suffering through baseball talk. I'll read about that stuff here.

Aaaaap. Let's get it straight XRT. You played two (2) tunes named "A Girl Like You" (Is this highlighting correct? I forget...;)). Second one by Edwyn Collins not listed.

Haven't heard the second version in years. Definitely a bit, but if they went obscure with the entire thing it would be kind of fun. Actually, if a really crappy station went the obscure route all of the time it would be a fun change of pace. .02

I don't know how they're going to do something that precludes them from playing Dawes three times a day.

Enjoyed myself so far with this.

"Ain't That Peculiar" x 2 at this point.

Peter Gabriel possibly live
Marvin Gaye

Had another Marvin Gaye collarborative earlier this hour which is fine by me. Interesting in that I am not sure how they are choosing these other than in alpha order.

Achilles Last Stand by Led Zeppelin was pretty cool to hear.
Black Rebel Motorcycle Club a nice segue as well.

Watching the Sox game and trying to stay awake after some early afternoon pints of Guinness with an old co worker.

Ahh, the "Demon Alcohol". I found grabbing the bull by the horns will bring you back around soon enough. Say hello to Seacrest for me.
