Ciccolina by Machines of Loving Grace isn't sad per se but interesting in a sad way. Of course I always mention Dance with the Devil by Immortal Technique but that is more sick than sad. Jawbreaker, Kiss the Bottle a and Ashtray Monument are sad. |

Where Are You Tonight - Bob Dylan. Hands down in my book the best Dylan song ever. Not a big Bob fan but this one is great. Every year I listen to 3 songs on my moms death date. Jimmy-Tool Wings for Marie - Tool Then She Did - Janes Addiction The last was a song I listened to and 6 years after her death I finally cried over her. The other too have huge personal meanings lyrically over my mom. |

A lot of love for Mule Variations in this thread. To me, Waits' most beautiful album is Closing Time. Maybe partly because I was crazy in love with a girl named Rosie.
