I would like to download this song from The Cure....not available on iTunes. I get it, I suppose......but not really. It's art....old art.

I used to have it years ago...on cassette, it's long gone. Anybody know where I can download this song?

You could probably play it on youtube, and record it through your computer. I've done with a program called Audacity (sp?) before.

Quality will be as good as the audio you are playing.

you can convert any youtube clip to an audio mp3 at sites like this one:

http://www.vidtomp3.com/

there are also FF/Chrome extensions to convert vids to audio files.

here's an mp3 of it ripped from youtube via that site:

Gimme a minute and I'll just send you my copy of Boys Don't Cry. Favorite Cure album, by the way.

This band never rose too far above Greatest Hits status for me. Neither did R.E.M. I guess my all-encompassing love for the Smiths doesn't allow any room for them.

Yeah, but Cure and REM greatest hits collections could both be double albums. Not too shabby.

Oh, definitely. Actually, And I Feel Fine, a collection of R.E.M. greatest hits from the IRS Records era, is quite a nice compilation indeed. And I have two Cure albums and five R.E.M. albums, I probably just don't need them. Ah, the joys of a 500GB hard drive. The shit I have but don't need!

Dude, exactly, I have 2 seperate 1TB externals, and a 320GB to boot. All of them have plenty of space left on them,
but all of them also have stuff I haven't even processed yet. Movies, books, records. I don't know how to download games,
but my daughter asked me if I could get Minecraft "for free" tonight. I told her, I have no idea which version, etc.
Just to paint a picture, my UVerse was out from about 2am Tuesday until 9 this morning. So yesterday, I finally got around to
watching my dl's of Paris Texas, Citizen Kane, Get Carter, American History X, Margin Call, and Noah........

That's what we used to do for WNUA 95.5 Jazz Station when we needed instrumentals to rap to.

I used to record all of the B&B shows that way because I knew someday those tapes would help to make me a message board god

What sort of mad rhymes did you spit over Kenny G's Songbird?

Seeing them live in small venue is real ass experience

When they play Just Like Heaven, or really any happy song, everyone explodes because for the previous 45 minutes they've been taking a suicidal like trip down Robert's memory lane with songs like Pictures of You
