oh man i did this thing wrong.... i didnt know i had to look it up. i got upside down by diana ross when i did it.

but then i started checking out the songs that were #1 on my birthday thoughtout the years, and while i had a nice run in/through the 80s even getting sweet dreams by eurythymics back in 83, man, the all-timer has to be this one from either 2000 or 2001

I'm Real (Murder Remix) by Jennifer Lopez featuring Ja Rule

seriously, i had no idea that song exists.... let alone made #1 to enter a really really REALLY barren decade for pop music #1s on my birhday (aka fuck off black eyed peas / fergie by the 2nd half of the decade)

Edit: For all you parents out there, take a look at the song your kids were "conceived" to. Oddly, I was a fan of both artists & songs offered. I'm sure my sons will love this.

Mine was "Aquarius/Let the Sunshine In" by the 5th Dimension. God I'm old.

Was at a party a couple of years ago, and there was a guy who could tell you the number 1 song on whatever date you gave him. It was the most incredible thing not dealing with boobs I've ever witnessed. People were punching dates into their phones, and this guy would nail every single song. Some kind of savant.

You must have been born just a few months before me. Mine was "I Want to Hold Your Hand" (which followed the BV song on the charts).
