Rolling Stones announced as playing the Marcus Ampitheater the night before Summerfest opens. That is a pretty good get for the
Summerfest folks. Easily the smallest venue on a tour in which they are playing football stadiums. Probably will be a tough ticket
to get. Never had any desire to see these guys. Do they put on a decent show anymore? I'm sure tickets are ridiculously pricey.

Already a petition started to get her booted. I can't imagine what that show must be like.

As usual, spraying to all fields and a few options that will get me there at least once.

man bagels you'd know... do they still do the leine lodge up there with a bunch of hiphop?

i remember back in the day going out there circa age 20, sipping that fifth of captain with a blunt the whole ride up, and of course sitting on those leine reds all day as me and ipsofacto soaked in some rap b4 a much-needed-pilgrimage to oakland gyros afterwards (RIP? i think it burned down ~5 years ago)

Pretty sure they do that up there. I see Public Enemy is playing on a free stage. If the night worked out right I have always wanted to see those guys.

No one is a greater advocate of challenging the existing notions of performance art than I am, but Keller Williams is a real estate firm.

Tickets for Stones concerts have been notoriously expensive, and the Marcus Amphitheater date is no different: from $94.40 to $421.95.

Cool, I may do that. Loved that group growing up as an angry confused white kid in rural Wisconsin.

Anyone going this year? I don't think I am going to make it up this time. Seems like they have some pretty good acts on the side stages
I would have been interested in.

I don't forsee myself making it either. Have family coming in town this weekend and Piglet has baseball games every night next week.
