A few of us were watching some old school boxing matches recently... I didn't fully appreciate what a badass this guy was when I was young. He was knockin' motherfuckers out at nearly 50 years old.

And I'd never really seen the young Foreman. Wow... He was Tyson before Tyson. Ali fought a damn near perfect fight to beat him.

He was a bad ass. I keep waiting for his CTE to kick in but he's hanging in there.

He's a freak... He's probably immune or something.

A lot of people my age and younger probably only remember him for his grills.

Should be used anytime an old black guy knocks out a white guy.

So, basically, never. #myapologiestoreader ;)

I know. I would never mess with an old black man.

Neither would I. My grandfather at 71 once cracked a would be mugger's skull with a hammer after being jumped from behind. The young guy complained to the laughing officers.

I wondered if I'd ever measure up until about 5 years ago until I chased down two would be burglars with a crow bar...and how when they got arrested, they were telling the cops how I was going to try & kill them. It was even funnier a month later when I ran into one of them and he got quick feet.

#oldBlackguyanger

Old man strength is underrated.

I was a fucking bruiser basketball player in high school. Used to knock the shit out of people and laugh my way to barely-officiated 3-on-3 championships. Benched, squatted, and cleaned massive amounts for a high schooler.

Then I started playing in adult 3-on-3's against 40 and 50+ year olds. Dudes used to fucking knock me into next week. They'd set back screens and use elbows and knees that would send me home aching. Even the little guys had old man muscles that just threw me off in a way I'd never known.

Moral of the story: never judge a man by his age. Experience and anger account for a lot.

Someone asked Foreman about that in an interview and he said something like: "You go a few rounds with Muhammad Ali and let's see how many names you can come up with."
