Match 1: Terry Speeps vs. Drop In

The bell sounds as the two lock up. Drop In gets on a side headlock, Speeps pushes him into the ropes only to get shoulder tackled. Drop In bounces off the ropes, and Speeps leapfrogs over. Drop In goes for a monkey flip and Speeps lands on his feet, soon hits a super kick, and springboards out of the corner with a sunset flip. Drop In rolls out of it and delivers a dropkick to Speeps, hooks the leg, but gets a one count only. The two get up quick and Speeps goes for a lariat but Drop In ducks and looks for a German suplex. Speeps lands on his feet once more. Drop In rolls back into a wheel barrow position and lands a bulldog. Both are up again, Speeps hits a jumping DDT. Both men are up and Speeps charges but Drop In hits a spinning back-breaker and gets a two count. Drop In takes him off the mat and fires a couple right hands to the head. He whips Speeps off the ropes, Speeps ducks a clothesline and hits a tilt-a-whirl head scissors sending Drop In to the outside, then Speeps nails a suicide dive through the ropes.

Monsoon: Speeps just smacked his head against the guardrail on that dive. This could be an advantage for Drop In here.

Ventura: Not so fast Gorilla. Speeps has been out with me and Frank Stallone for 36 hours straight before. A little bump on the head is nothing.

The two brawl outside for a while before Speeps tosses Drop In back into the ring, hooks the leg, and gets a two count. Speeps picks him up and looks for a brain buster but Drop In lands on his feet, grabs the waist and hits a German suplex bridge but gets a two count. Both get back up. Drop In ducks a clothesline from Speeps and hooks the waist again, Speeps out smarts Drop In with a headlock driver, hooks the leg, and gets a two count. Speeps goes up in the corner and Drop In goes after him, the two trade blows and Speeps eventually tosses Drop In down to the mat. Speeps goes for an elbow drop, but Drop In moves out of the way and instantly rolls Speeps up and gets a two count. The two slowly get up and Drop In whips Speeps into the corner. Drop In charges and gets an elbow to the mouth and a vicious clothesline. Speeps takes a breather, takes Drop In off the mat, whips him into the ropes and receives a kick to the shoulder. Drop In bounces off ropes with a springboard but Speeps catches his arm and nails a modified t-bone suplex, hooks the leg, and gets a two count.

Monsoon: New move from Terry Speeps. He calls that "The Drop Out" but it does him no good only getting a two count. Rather impressive move I must say.

Speeps lifts Drop In off the mat and onto his shoulders in a fireman's carry. Drop In escapes and the two both clothesline each other, knocking the wind out of them. The two get up and Drop In starts fighting back. He whips Speeps off the ropes and gets a kick to the shoulder. He then receives a brain buster in the center of the ring by Speeps. He slowly gets up and scales the corner. Drop In eventually catches up to him and the two brawl on the ropes once more. Drop In then hits The PLex Express, causing Speeps to flop like a fish out of water and Drop In gets the three count.

Winner: Drop In (1-0)

Match 2: No Disqualification Match

Monsoon: And the second match in the Prohibition Series is underway Jess and this one will not be for the faint of heart.

Ventura: No it won’t be.

Speeps and Drop In slowly meet in the center of the ring as their intense stare off continues. The crowd erupts into a loud “DROP IN!” chant as they are clearly behind the former member of the DrinkyAlliance. Suddenly, Drop In explodes with right hands that have Speeps completely off guard and the crowd erupting into cheers! Speeps and Drop In are slugging it out in the middle of the ring, going blow for blow and punch for punch. Eventually, Drop In lands more and more punches before completely dominating Speeps. He staggers all the way into the corner and Drop In is STILL slugging away. Speeps slowly but surely drops to the canvas and Drop In finally backs off, throwing up a fist to the crowd for the enormously loud pop. Drop In charges forward and nails a knee to the face of Speeps. Drop In pulls Speeps up and out of the corner and leans him against the nearby ropes. Drop In takes a few steps back, charges forward and nails a clothesline that sends BOTH men to the ringside floor! The crowd erupts into cheers as Drop In once again gets to his feet and throws his fist high in the air to the result of a rather large “DROP IN!” chant once again breaking throughout the arena. With Speeps lying on the ringside floor, Drop In does a small forward charge and drops an elbow across the throat Speeps. Drop In pulls Speeps to a vertical base and practically tosses him into the ring steps that crumble apart upon impact. Drop In cryptically walks towards the mini destruction and picks up the top piece of the ring steps. Drop In begins screaming “GET UP! GET UP, YOU SON OF A BITCH!” at Speeps and the fans are cheering extremely loudly. Drop In is sizing up Speeps, waiting for him to get to his feet. Eventually, Speeps slowly reaches a vertical base with his back turned to Drop In. He slowly turns around and sees Drop In charging toward him with the ring step! Speeps, however, has enough wherewithal to simultaneously duck and nail a vicious drop toe hold! Drop In falls forward, his face colliding with the ring step!

Ventura: An excellent counter from Speeps, very smart and he makes Drop In pay big time.

Monsoon: Speeps is not a rookie in this business, Jess. He has some tricks up his sleeve that’s only learned through experience. It is, however, going to be difficult to outsmart Drop In.

Ventura: Drop In is an idiot, Gorilla!

Drop In remains down, his body still leaning against the ring step. Drop In attempts to rise to a vertical base but Speeps suddenly charges forward and violently shoves Drop In head first back into the ring step, the collision causing a loud “THUD” throughout the arena. Speeps proceeds to once again grab Drop In by the back of his head and smash it against the ring step several times! After doing this for six straight times, Speeps finally stops and mocks Drop In by rising his fist in the air. The fans erupt into boos. Speeps tosses away the ring step and hauls Drop In up to a vertical base. Once again Speeps grabs Drop In by the back of the head and slams it against the ring post. Blood begins to trickle down the nose of Drop In. The duo has made their way to the front of the broadcast area. Speeps proceeds to slam the face of Drop In against the Spanish announcers table. Speeps goes for another one but Drop In manages to not only block the attack but manages to grab Speeps by the back of his head and slam him face first into Spanish announcers table. Drop In repeatedly and viciously continues to slams Speeps’ face against the Spanish announcer’s table much to the enjoyment of the sold out audience. Drop In eventually backs off and allows Speeps to “recover” from the face bashing. Speeps, however, does not get to recover for long as Drop In charges forward, grabs his head and nails a swinging neckbreaker on the ringside floor! The fans are cheering loudly!

Monsoon: BottleNeckbreaker from Drop In on the ringside floor!

Ventura: Even Speeps had to have felt that! I think Speeps is about to lose his number one contender status.

Drop In gets to his feet and looks towards the ring. He begins to lift up the ring apron and pulls out a folded steel chair much to the delight of the sold out crowd. Drop In begins to measure up Speeps and once again screams him to get to his feet. Eventually, Speeps slowly rises to a vertical base and receives a chair shot right across his face. He immediately falls back to the ringside floor as Drop In raises the chair high in the air and the crowd goes crazy with cheers. Drop In pulls Speeps to a vertical base and lays him across the Spanish announce table. Drop In proceeds to place the steel chair across the face of Speeps and heads towards the ring. Drop In hops onto the ring apron and the crowd immediately begins to buzz with anticipation. Drop In raises his fist in the air before running across the apron and leaping off with an elbow drop! The Spanish announce table crumbles due to the impact and the crowd goes insane with cheers, a loud “DROP IN!” chant breaking out once again! Drop In emerges from the wreckage of the Spanish announcers table and quickly mounts Speeps and begins to unload on him with vicious rights and lefts. After a few more vicious punches, Drop In pulls Speeps up to a vertical base and rolls him back into the ring. Drop In, however, remains at ringside and once again searches under the ring. Drop In proceeds to pull out a metal garbage can and throws it into the ring and the fans once again cheering with anticipation.

Monsoon: What is Drop In gonna do here?!

Ventura: He’s gonna recycle Geno. WHAT DO YOU THINK HE’S GONNA DO HERE?!

Drop In slides into the ring and retrieves the garbage can while Speeps slowly gets to a vertical base. Drop In charges forward and Speeps nails a desperation drop kick. Both men get to their feet and Speeps connects with a stiff European Uppercut. Speeps follows through with a backhand chop and eventually has Drop In backed into the corner. Speeps proceeds to viciously stomp away at Drop In and eventually causes Drop In to collapse to a seated position. Speeps proceeds to place his boot across the throat of Drop In, choking him. Speeps finally backs off and quickly heads to the opposite side of the ring. He proceeds to charge forward and connects with a boot right to the face. Speeps proceeds to retrieve the already dented garbage can and leans against the body of Drop In. Once again Speeps heads to the opposite corner and runs forward and connects with a corner drop kick. The garbage can becomes further dented from the impact. Speeps tosses the garbage can out of the ring and we can see that Drop In is busted open even more. Speeps pulls Drop In to a vertical base and mounts the second rope. He begins to clobber away at Drop In’s skull with vicious right hands, the crowd booing every punch. After ten straight punches, Speeps hops off the middle rope and reaches into the inside of his boot. The crowd is abuzz with confusion until Speeps pulls out a pair of brass knuckles. The crowd immediately erupts into boos. Speeps begins to punch away at Drop In, who looks to be out of it. Speeps tosses the weapon out of the ring and pulls Drop In out of the corner. He sends Drop In into the far ropes via the Irish Whip. Drop In comes off the rebound and Speeps delivers a running big boot and Drop In hits the canvas hard. Speeps immediately goes for the cover, Chas sliding into position to make the count…

One…
Two…

DROP IN KICKS OUT! The fans erupt into cheers as their hero kicks out and Speeps is beside himself. He insists with Chas that it was three count but Chas does not back down. Speeps is livid and proceeds to slide out of the ring. He lifts up the ring skirt and searches under the ring before pulling out a folded steel chair. Speeps slides into the ring with the chair firmly in his hands as the crowd buzzes with anticipation. Speeps immediately begins to measure up Drop In, who is attempting to get to his feet. Drop In clutches at the nearby ropes and tries to haul himself to his feet. He eventually manages to do so and is clearly on jelly legs. He stumbles around and Speeps nails a sickening chair shot that dents the top of the chair. BUT DROP IN DOESN’T GO DOWN! Drop In remains on his jelly-legged feet!

Monsoon: DROP IN DOESN’T FALL! Drop In DID NOT FALL!

Ventura: I can see that Monsoon. Stop yelling at me.

Speeps hits another chair shot and Drop In still doesn’t go down. Speeps with another shot and Drop In is still standing strong, the fans going absolutely wild. Suddenly, Drop In snatches the chair out of Speeps’ hands and smacks him across the skull with it. The number one contender falls to the canvas as the bloodied Drop In rolls out of the ring and once again lifts the ring skirt up and searches under the ring. Drop In pulls out a most unusual object – a gym bag. Drop In slides the gym back under the ring and quickly follows suit. Drop In collapses to his knees and unzips the gym back, clearly reaching for something. The fans buzz with anticipation before erupting in cheers as Drop In pulls out a Hasbro Lex Luger WWF Action Figure with Narcissistic Knockout! Speeps is on his feet, his back turned to Drop In and completely oblivious as to what is transpiring. He slowly turns around and Drop In charges forward and uses Lex as a ram of sorts, shoving his head into the gut of Speeps. Speeps immediately doubles over in pain, but the pain is not yet over as Drop In uses the Narcissistic Knockout and Lex chops right across the back of Speeps! Immediately he collapses to the canvas.

Monsoon: A Hasbro Lex Luger WWF Action Figure to the back of Speeps!

Ventura: And Speeps is selling like a champ Monsoon.

Drop In immediately pulls Speeps to a vertical base and forces him into the corner. Drop In proceeds to bring the Lex Luger Action Figure and stabs Speeps in the eyes with it. Speeps wanders out of the corner. Drop In applies a front facelock and hits his the Pants Dropper DDT. Fans are going insane with cheers. Drop In turns him over and makes the cover, Chas sliding into position to make the count…

One…
Two…
Th…

SPEEPS KICKS OUT! The crowd “OOOOOOHHHH’s” and quickly boos as they are absolutely convinced that Drop In got the three count. Drop In doesn’t fight it but instead slides out of the ring and once again searches under the ring and eventually pulls out a table. The fans are cheering with absolute insanity. Curiously, Drop In sets up the table at ringside rather than sliding the table into the ring. Drop In hops onto the ring apron and grabs Speeps by his feet and drags him onto the ring apron. Drop In quickly applies a standing head scissors on the apron and the fans go crazy.

Monsoon: Speeps is in big trouble here! Drop In is going for Greetings From Tinley Park!

Ventura: And off the apron and through a damn table no less!

Speeps, however, begins to fight out of the standing head scissors by throwing punches to Drop In’s ribs. Speeps weakens Drop In just enough to squirm out of the standing head scissors. Both men are standing on the apron, their faces covered in blood. Drop In charges forward with a clothesline attempt but Speeps ducks through. Out of nowhere, Speeps grabs the arms of Drop In and begins to set him up for the Sandusky Killer. Speeps has Drop In in position, leaps off the ring apron, and nails the Sandusky Killer through the table. The table shatters and the fans are in awe as Speeps nails the deadly maneuver.

Monsoon: Unbelievable! The Sandusky Killer off the apron and through a table!

Ventura: Jesus Christ, Drop In might be dead!

Both men lie in the wreckage of the table, Drop In obviously receiving the worse of the impact. Speeps is showing signs of movement, and after a few minutes gets to his feet though clearly feeling the effects. Drop In, however, is unmoving in the wreckage as referee Chas checks on him. The crowd is abuzz with worry, some booing Speeps, the majority chanting “HOLY SHIT!” Speeps weakly grabs Drop In by his hair and lazily rolls him into the ring. Speeps slides into the ring followed by Chas. Speeps practically collapses on top of Drop In for the cover, Chas in position to make the count…

One!
TWO!
THREE!

Chas orders for the bell to ring as the crowd boos loudly!

Monsoon: And mercifully this one is over! Terry Speeps wins and sets up a winner-take-all cage match.

Ventura: That’s right Gorilla. It’ll be the Number One Contender spot on the line against the career of Bobby “The Brain” Heenan, and it will happen inside a 15 foot high steel cage.

Winner: Terry Speeps (1-1)

Match 3: Cage Match

Monsoon: Here we go Jess! The finale of the Prohibition Series between Terry Speeps and Drop In, and there is so much at stake.

Ventura: Right you are Gorilla. On the one hand, Speeps is putting his number one contender spot on the line against his former tag team partner. And on the other side of the coin, Drop In has put up the illustrious career of Bobby “The Brain” Heenan!

The bell sounds as the two begin trading stiff elbows back and forth, Speeps bounces off the ropes and hits a Yakuza kick on Drop In but Drop In still stands. Speeps bounces off the opposite ropes and Drop In hits a stiff clothesline which doesn't knock Speeps down. Drop In bounces off the ropes and looks to hit another clothesline but Speeps hits an elbow right to his face, breaking Drop In's nose. He picks Drop In off the mat and attempts to toss him into the wall of the cage but Drop In elbows Speeps in the gut and rubs his head against the cage. He then clothesline's him into the cage. He climbs onto the wall of the cage and presses Speeps' head on the cage with his left foot, while keeping the right one on the wall. He hops off the cage and attempts to whip Speeps off the ropes but Speeps hits a DDT, covers Drop In, but only gets a one count.

Monsoon: Not even a minute in this match and Drop In's nose is broken.

Ventura: He’s as bloody as Maria Conchita Alonso after she spent the night with Jim Brown and Richard Dawson!

Monsoon: Wow….

Speeps picks Drop In off the mat and rams his head into the cage. He then presses his foot to the back of Drop In's head putting pressure on the cage, he then takes his foot off and violently shakes his head across the cage wall causing Drop In's forehead to be slashed open. Speeps whips Drop In off ropes and on the rebound, they both nail each other with elbows but neither fall. Speeps than starts swinging at the blood covered Drop In with left and right hands into the corner. Drop In then suddenly fires back with lefts and rights causing Speeps to back into the opposite corner. Drop In breaks Speeps' nose with a knee to the face and then repeatedly starts scraping and ramming Speeps' head into the cage, causing him to bleed now. Drop In hooks the arms of Speeps and hits a PLex Express. He covers him but only gets a two count.

Monsoon: These two are going to kill each other!

Ventura: Well there’s a lot on the line here Monsoon. What’d you expect, a ticklefight?!

Drop In picks Speeps off the mat and takes him into the corner. Drop In attempts to whip him across the ring into the opposing corner but Speeps whips him instead and connects with a big boot in the corner. Speeps pins Drop In but only gets a two count. Speeps climbs the ropes but as soon as he reaches the second rope, Drop In is up and hits a stiff forearm across the back. The two are both on the ropes as Drop In hooks the leg and delivers a release PantslessPlex off the top knocking the wind out of both of them. The ref begins to count as Drop In slowly makes his way to Speeps' body, hooks the leg, and the crowd groans as soon as Speeps kicks out on two. Drop In picks Speeps up again slowly and hits another PantslessPlex and once more Speeps kicks out. Drop In decides to scale the wall of the cage with Speeps slowly trailing behind him. Drop In sits on top of the cage taunting Speeps, who also sits on top of the cage. Drop In punches Speeps directly in the gash on his forehead and Speeps does the same to Drop In. The two trade right hands on top of the twenty foot high cage and Speeps unleashes a vicious right hand dazing Drop In. Speeps drops to the top rope and grabs the woozy Drop In. Speeps throws Drop In high into the air and leaps down to the mat. Speeps then delivers a European Uppercut to the falling Drop In!. The crowd gives chants of "Holy S**t!" as both blood covered wrestlers lay lifelessly on the blood stained mat.

Monsoon: UNBELIEVABLE! Speeps just hit Bye Cracky!

Ventura: I have never seen anything like that in all my years. Not even when Ice T took me and John Lithgow to that club while we were shooting ‘Richochet’!

Referee Chas counts as Speeps very slowly crawls his way to the body of Drop In, covers him, and somehow is only able to get a two count. Speeps slowly picks up the blood covered Drop In as the two begin trading right hands and elbows. Speeps goes for a spinning back fist but Drop In counters with Greetings From Tinley Park but only gets a two count. The two get up and Speeps gives a stiff punch to the gut and hits the Spiked Drink, once again knocking the wind out of both bloody wrestlers. The crowd cheers for Drop In as Speeps slowly crawls over to Drop In's body. He hooks the leg and Chas counts the 1, 2, 3 as the crowd rains boos down upon Speeps.

Monsoon: It’s over! Terry Speeps gets the victory and wins the Prohibition Series.

Ventura: And he did it without any outside interference. This man is now truly the Number One Contender for the World Heavyweight Title. But you have to wonder about The Brain. His career is now over.

Monsoon: We’ll deal with the fallout on the next edition of Friday Morning Rumbel. Good night everybody!

Winner: Terry Speeps (2-1)
