WWE going all in for next week's 1000th (actually 998th but who's counting) Raw.

So instead of paying attention tonight, relive the Raw thread from after Money in the Bank last year.

I agree, I don't see much happening tonight, all building to next week's Raw and lately the Raw's after PPV haven't been much.

I would guess they will just announce matches for next week, I could see a Punk-Bryan rematch at the 1000 raw.

weren't punk and danielson trained by the same guy? either way its a victory for ROH when punk and danielson headline a ppv.... if they can ever headline a mania that'll be ROH's total victory over the "E" --- #treefallingintheforestnobodytheretohear --- #unnecessarymessageboardhashtags

i'm just keeping it unnecessary in the spirit of tonight's raw

No. Danielson trained in Texas and Punk trained here.

Add the Austin Aries title to the mix and it's a plethora of former ROH guys thriving.

What are the chances that tonight's show features a thrown together tag team match for about the 14th week in a row?

Don't forget about Ryberg!

(when he comes out tonight, take a moment to reflect on how lucky Owen is)

Vince is debuting a new gimmick for Natalia Neidhart next week.

The Busty Blazer.

The fall won't hurt as much because she has padding.

Can we also have odds on an impromptu 3-way dance?

Hopefully it takes the Big Show with it on the way out. I didn't realize Show was a close friend and workout partner of Hunter.

"Close only counts in horseshoes and hand grenades."

Punk using some vintage Mean Gene. I used that line at a corporate kickoff meeting while speaking to roughly 75 people. I thought it would go over huge. Crickets.

Not always. Kane won it a few years ago. In theory, yes. It's the new King of the Ring. I don't really have an issue with Cena winning it. It provides a few interesting scenarios.

Am I racist for hoping the guy outside the ring yapping it up gets hit with a hangman's neckbreaker?
