Or Raw is Punk, or Jackref is Raw, or oh who really gives a shit

Well, that’s one way to get respect, we suppose. WWE Champion CM Punk’s desire for vindication took a brutal turn for the worst last week when, in a Steel Cage Match, Punk pummeled Jerry “The King” Lawler into unconsciousness after the WWE Hall of Famer refused to acknowledge The Second City Saint as Best in the World. It took John Cena to stop the attack, and the WWE Universe seemed hesitant to give Punk the dues he covets, though, as the champion defiantly turned his back on Cena and strolled out of the arena without another word. With Cena set to challenge Punk for the WWE Title at Night of Champions per Raw General Manager AJ Lee, how will the reignited rivalry between the two play out when Raw reconvenes this week?

Also, anybody else really excited to see those anger collages?

Kane was funny last week.

No way that happens again.

Going to Raw tonight. My friend his taking his son to him first WWE Event, so all the guys are coming along. I really don't have much for expectations tonight, as I went to Smackdown late last year in Rockford, and that was pretty bad. I'm Raw will be better, but not sure by how much.

We are section 211 row A right on the railing. 3 dads and 7 kids. They are so excited I don't care if I enjoy the show as long as they do. My daughter wants to make an AJ sign but I dont' know what to put on it. Her character is just so bland right now. Everytime we watch on TV she asks about nachos so I think I am going to make one that says "My dad missed the finish because he got me nachos"

Does Vince really think having Punk beat up a piece of crap like Lawler is going to get the Chicago fans to boo Punk? How cute!

Oh great, a Sheamus promo to star the show. Ratings gold.

This crowd wanted nothing Sheamus had to offer. Sheaumus WHC has failed.

This crowd is going to absolutely murder the Cena-Del Rio match unless Punk is out there on commentary and there's someone they can cheer for. "Si" chants are probably the only positive reaction those two can generate in this venue. It will be even worse/more hilarious if they stupidly make that the main event.

Section 211, Row A seats are arguably the best in the house. Enjoy! Great view for the kids.

I love watching RAW with people that haven't really sampled the product for ten years.

OK, this is CM Punk......blah blah. That's the RAW GM. Not explaining that. That's Jack Swagger........
There's Bob Orton Jr.'s kid. That guy is married to Jennifer Hudson. I do remember Bruiser and Crusher. Yeah, red says "fella" all the time. The "gyrating jerk" is Dolph Ziggler. He can use that briefcase for......don't worry about it. That thing with him is Eddie Guerrero's wife. No, Eddie's dead. At least he didn't kill her and the kids like his friend Chris. These therapy skits were funny last week. They don't have the ability to do that twice.

I was just about to type the following:

Watching this shit made me extremely jealous of Michael Clarke Duncan.

Then I turned around and Paul E. was driving Punk's car ...... I think it made it worth watching the whole piece of shit just for that shot. But that's just me.

Of course Heyman only rented a midsize, and I'm sure he got the insurance for the hood.

Hmmm ... I would've figured he'd have forgone the insurance and insist that the damage was already present when he rented the vehicle.

Are we making Jew jokes? Because if we are, that's naughty. Jerry Lewis is dead. So are the Three Stooges. They're in hell and that's sad. But so is Hitler, I assume anyway. Hitler and the Three Stooges are all in hell. Does that qualify as 'irony'? It sure as shit qualifies for bizarre ... the concept, not the John Byner show from the late 70s/early 80s. That sounded too SHARK-y, especially for the content at hand. Anyway, I'm watching a Conan repeat with Jennifer Love Hewitt, so I'm kinda gonna have to stop typing now and think pleasant thoughts about the unpleasant things I'd make that girl do.

That Randy Savage getup was pretty cool -- not sure who that was, but it had to have been awesome to get invited into the ring like that.

After the show ended, Punk came back to the ring and cut a short promo, til Cena came out to attack him. This turned into a brawl with several other superstars joining in. This led to Cena, Orton, and Shamus eventually being the last ones in the ring. They ended up bringing in the fan dressed as Macho Man. Cena gave him a hug and let the guy climb the ropes. I'm not a Cena fan, but kind of cool he let the fan join in.

The Superstars taping featured Sandow vs Reily and the tag champs vs Primo and Epico.

I would pay top dollar for these seats every time. By far my favorite seats I have ever had.

Being there live I thought the show was really good. Granted I had to take 17 trips to the bathroom and concession stands with 7 kids under the age of 7. The crowd was hot all night and the Cena/ADR match was off the charts electric. The announcer table spot the building was going apeshit. ECW levels of excitement. When they showed Heyman in the car - such a cool feeling of holy shit/disbelief/awesomeness. The whole crowd was stunned and marking out.

After cameras stopped rolling there was a few minutes of nothing and people had started to leave. Then the TitanTron came on and you saw Punk getting out of Heyman's car and come to the ring. Cena had a headband in the ring and Punk put it on and started making fun of him. Cena came running out and tackled him and they exchanged blows (hiyo!). ADR came out and they double teamed Cena (hiyo!) and then Sheamus came out. Punk bailed until Ziggler came to the ring and Punk jumped back in to get them 3 on 2. Then Orton came out to help to even it back up. Punk bailed again and then Antonio Cesaro came out (nice rub - hiyo!). Punk left and the faces cleared the ring. The heels grabbed Miz and threw him in the ring from the announce table. Miz started mouthing off and Cena planted him with an AA. The Macho Man guy was then let in and he got in the ring with Cena and Sheamus and Orton were just shaking their heads. The guy did a fantastic Macho Man - looked the part and did his mannerisms. He and Cena shook hands and he left. Very cool of them to do that for him.

On TV I can see how the show was bad, but live it was enjoyable - and the kids were going nuts. But 4 hours is way too long. Lots of filler and dragging things out. Anything more than 3 hours is just burnout.

Punk/Heyman/Lesnar faction is awesome. Bring in a few young guys to get a push and you got a solid faction we haven't seen in a long time.
