WWE begins the seven-week Road to WrestleMania Monday night in Lafayette, La. with fall-out from the Elimination Chamber PPV. The main focus will be on The Rock retaining the WWE Title over C.M. Punk, who scored a visual three count on Rock during the PPV title match, but the referee was down. As WWE presumably transitions away from Rock-Punk, the focus will shift to Rock vs. John Cena for the WWE Title at WrestleMania 29. Part of the title focus is a rumored spectacle celebration in Lafayette. According to information we received, WWE is planning a big Mardi Gras-style celebration along with the University of Lafayette marching band performing with The Rock. One item advertised in-advance is Jack Swagger delivering his own State of the Union Address after winning the Elimination Chamber match to earn a World Title shot at WrestleMania. Swagger and Zeb Colter advertised Swagger's address during a post-PPV interview on WWE's website. Also of note for Raw is this will be Chris Jericho's last TV appearance for a few weeks before traveling to Australia to tour with Fozzy. Jericho is scheduled to return in March. Also, Bray Wyatt has been teasing his Raw debut for tonight. |

The TV cycle they run requires people to lose. Swagger is not the best example of what I'm talking about, because they jobbed him off TV to do a repackage deal.
