Alright, this is absolutely ridiculous that we have this fun wrestling-themed pizza saloon and we have yet to set up shop there for a night. Motivated by an intrigued Drop in, it is time to come together and figure out a night that we are going there. Personally RAW would be great, but I have a feeling that could be tough for the out-of-towners. If we did a PPV night, it could be tricky because tables fill up fast and its kind of a disaster. Friday Night Smackdown? Random Saturday night where we pick the wrestling dvd that plays on the TVs? Lets get some ideas going here and get a roll call of who is interested. Enough is enough.

Agreed. The burgers are really good.

WR, we need to set something up for a PPV Sunday.

Maybe SummerSlam.

I'm in.

Can I bring a Best of Bo Dallas compilation DVD?

Sounds like the place would be packed for a PPV. Maybe a random Saturday?

Laurie O. has a review on YELP

Image

Let me start off by saying GREAT FOOD. All of the burgers are stuffed with cheese...need I say more?

We came in with a Groupon, and this is definitely one of my most impressive Groupon experiences. We tried both a burger and a pizza, but I'd stick with the burger if you're in between. We got the Windy City, which has homemade onion rings on it--the batter on them was slightly sweet, but paired very well with everything else on the burger.

The one negative--we sat at the bar, as there was no other seating available. There was a guy sitting there, obviously wasted, who did not stop talking to us from the minute we sat down. It was obvious, given our body language, that we wanted him to leave us alone, but he continued to be obnoxious and the bartender and owner did nothing about it. Oh, and they continued to serve him beers and shots. Lovely.

As I said, food was great, so just hope this drunk guy isn't back to bother you :-)

This would be much easier for me to pull off. I vote on a Saturday.

I think Summerslam is not a good idea. It will be packed and we will need to be there hours before. (I also will have to bow out as it will be the final day of a bachelor party weekend.) Seating is so limited there I think our best bet is a Saturday night. However, if you want to do Summerslam go for it. I may show up at some point.

Ok. Let's try for a Saturday in August.

How's the 10th or 17th work for everyone?

While the obvious answer would probably be to attend during a PPV, I would suggest that it might be more fun to attend on an off night if there's enough of us going as I'm sure just as much fun could be had without the "distraction" of 'having' to watch a PPV .... a higher risk/reward proposition, but my ignorant opinion is that it would be worth the 'gamble'.

So, given that idea, does anyone have an informed idea as to what the attendance would be at that place on a given Saturday? Sparse? Still packed to the gills? Hello? What?

When I went it wasn't packed.

That was when it first opened though.

Maybe Ryan will have a better idea.

OBVIOUSLY the 10th and 17th are bad dates, Indy.

Choose different ones, ya dorks.

I'm not for sure how out of town everyone is, but is there a chance at doing a Monday Night Raw? Would be kind of fun to basically Mystery Science Theater 3000 watcing RAW in person.

Otherwise for Saturdays I'm only open this Saturday the 27th (however Lisa will not be there) and the 10th of August. Rough month of bachelor parties, weddings and Colts trip. I suck.

Also, I really want KS there. I've never met this guy and at this point this meeting is on my bucket list. KS?

One other KS note, Johngy is at our practice today and I didn't show up for it. Sorry.

When is the wedding you have to attend?

I would like to go to this and I also have some of that related stuff going down. I've got a buddy who goes there all the time, I would drag him along as well.

Just have to give the schedule a shake down.

Usually difficult depending on my wife's ability to leave work early to pick up kids. However she has accepted a new job closer to home and this shant be an issue after Aug 19th.
