I think it has to do with being tested in December (out of competition) and not failing the test after the fight. From my understating Coke is seen as the same level as Pot when not in competition meaning that according to doping agencies training for a sporting event and getting caught with pot or Coke doesnt enhance your outcome like steriods or human growth hormone.

If Jon Jones tested positive for Pot or Coke after/during the fight then he would have been fined and his win would have been revoked.

A sport covers up for one it's biggest superstars. Thank God there isn't another sport out there that would ever do that besides MMA.
