Needed to be done. Mania ends with Reigns winning the championship for the 3rd time in a few months. Just like the Rock. |

HHH is not winning the Rumble to put himself over, he is winning to continue the build towards Reigns. Reigns winning the title from him at Mania will be way bigger than winning the rumble. Your guys hatred of HHH blinds you at times. |

The issue is that no one gives a shit about Reigns yet they continue to push him. Mania is gonna suck bad. |

They were popping for him because he's not Reigns. |

American northeast buried, presumably by Triple H Residents of the American northeast are digging themselves out after being completely buried — a phenomenon that is being widely blamed on World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) Chief Operating Officer Triple H. “We were doing fine, then suddenly, blammo, buried,” said New York resident Pete McClusky. “I don’t know what we did to piss off Triple H, but it must have been bad.” The WWE executive, known formally as Hunter Hearst Helmsley, is notorious for “burying” anyone those who fail to meet his expectations, as millions of Americans, and countless mid-card wrestlers, evidently have. “I feel your pain, America,” tweeted WWE Superstar Dolph Ziggler, himself a frequent victim of Helmsley’s penchant for burial. #Buried4Life.” Triple H denies any responsibility for the burial — and so, incidentally, does Snitsky. |

Problem is, their de-facto go-to guy is HHH, and he's someone that no one wants to see it "gone to". Tired, old, done-to-death. Sort of like putting the belt... on Dusty... again & again & again. I'd rather watch njpw with Jim Ross. |

The thing about Trips being the de facto best guy is that it's not just due to injuries. It's also due to the fact that pretty much every heel who's held the belt in the last 3 years has essentially been booked as the Authority's bitch, thereby making them unsuitable for Reigns' Wrestlemania moment or whatever this is leading to. For some reason, I doubt Triple H will be looking as weak as Rollins, Sheamus, and Orton were booked when they had the belt. |

Steph and Hunter tower over every other performer in terms of importance, and they are quick to assert themselves to the point that it kills heat for other heels. A prime example was Rusev and Lana last year, as well as Rollins run as champ. |

Beebo wrote: I'd rather watch njpw with Jim Ross. I hope he improves over his performance at WrestleKingdom last year. And New Japan is in desperate need of an overhaul as well. They've been running the same matches with the same top guys for 2 or 3 years. The loss of Nakamura/Bullet Club, plus the injury to Tanahashi, is a chance for them to do just that. Kenny Omega as IC champ is a good start, and having Goto feud with Okada for the IWGP title should make for an interesting feud. |

I don't really understand why they haven't put the belt back on him especially with all the injuries and such. Give him the belt and let Ambrose or Reigns or Owens chase him for awhile as they wait on the injury situation to get better. |

RFDC wrote: How was Lesnar the authorities bitch? Lesnar is the one exception to the rule but was hardly a full on heel in the eyes of the fans when he won the belt anyway and was certainly more of a face going into Wrestlemania. And if you have to be Brock freakin' Lesnar to actually be booked strong as a heel champion then I think it's still fair to say there's a bit of a writing problem that accounts for their current situation and cannot be excused by injuries alone. |
