I really hope it's Denver vs. NE and Washington vs. whomever. Manning vs. Brady in Denver would be terrific.

Funny, those are Trey Parker's two favorite teams.

Packers vs. Broncos

Broncos.

Houston really fucked themselves yesterday. :?
I had them and the Bears in the Super Bowl at 10-1 and 8-1, respectively.

Frank, the regular season opener was on a Wednesday this past season only because of the Democratic National Convention.

As far as the NFL's regular season opener is concerned, you are correct. NBC Sports has featured the Super Bowl Champion in the first primetime game on a Thursday night to kickoff the season. It would be a huge upset if it wasn't the case again in September.

The Colts are going to get destroyed.

Luck has been getting a lot of love for having one of the worst statistical seasons of any QB in the league. His 2nd half of the season was brutal as he struggled to complete even half of his passes. I'm not saying he won't be good but...he hasn't been good.

Doc, the Ravens' Joe Flacco hasn't been much better, even though he's in the NFL Playoffs for the 5th straight year. Right now, the Colts are a feelgood story, in large part because of HC Chuck Pagano, his battle with leukemia and the team rallying around their coach. I wouldn't be shocked if Indianapolis actually wins that game Sunday.

Along those lines...

Wildcard Picks: Houston over Cincinnati (AGAIN)
Green Bay over Minnesota
Indianapolis over Baltimore
Seattle over Washington

Divisional Playoffs: Denver over Indianapolis
San Francisco over Green Bay
Seattle over Atlanta
New England over Houston (AGAIN)

Championship Sunday: Denver over New England (AFC)
San Francisco over Seattle (NFC)

Super Bowl XLVII: Denver over San Francisco

Flacco has actually been much, much better in almost every statistical category.

QB Rating-wise - Flacco is 12th. Luck is 26th.

Comp % - Flacco 19th / Luck 31st
