Pretty damning. Police didn't have it or chose not to look for it. Either way, now Tallahassee police and prosecutors have to go after him. Forget this Civil Case. He needs to be arrested.

Now I know why he's not coming to Chicago. Winston and the NFL knew about this. Roger told him not to show up.
