I don't think it's a question mark. You gotta assume Arians knows he can't change how a 40 something QB plays, and that he's gotta adapt to Brady rather than the other way around.
I agree he will, if he doesn't he should be fired immediately. But I would also assume Brady is smart enough to have some assurances of that before signing.
