I also thought it was odd ESPN reported that Rivera was involved in the selection of the new team name. The guy hasn't coached a single game for you, but you're taking his input on naming your $2b company?

They thought he was an Indian.

I bet the fan base is disappointed. They already had Snyder on the way out of town.

Do any of these sexual harassment accusations ever get made within a reasonable timeframe? The instant I see “14 years ago,” I mentally dismiss the claim.

Ironically enough considering the actual story is the usual rejoinder from male cheerleaders being made fun of is how they get to touch the female cheerleaders inappropriately during the game

Wait...that guy's name is really Dick Mann...and he is the second generation with that name? Fun.

Also, don't you expect a guy with that name to harass women? It's like when Hamburgler's parents named him Hamburgler.

I was ready to be a fan again if this story lead to Snyder’s selling. Guess not.

This is an example of horrific sexual harassment? A guy hit on a reporter, in public, and then stopped when she complained. Ridiculous.

1 am on the road and drinking in a big group social situation with neither really in their official capacity with either of their organizations but somehow this is reflective of the Redskins? Also, out of all the people in the group, you choose a breakout session with the known creeper to give him your private number?

There are a lot of salesmen and women out there who would disagree.

That's Hollywood Babylon bull to somehow get her piece of this spotlight.

i guess because so far the only direct connection synder has to this is the male cheerleader story (Which as discussed a few posts ago is hilarious) he gets a chance to "reform" his organization... wasnt jerry richardson directly involved in the tight pants or whatever mad men stuff he had going on?

I was listening to a female reporter on ESPN radio suggest that players should boycott until Snyder was removed. She literally started crying and stated, "No one ever defends women. They would sit out if something happened to a person of color. When will someone stand up for women?"

I am sure you will find she said the same thing a couple of years ago with Cuban.

intresting idea. though to pull off that stunt your own personal orders would need to be airtight as you know player x stands with women if he has history acting remotly improperly the twitters would find it (or a women would come forward).
