No matter what your feelings happen to be it’s decided on the field. Patriots best team ever, Brady best QB ever and Belleshit best coach ever. How do you argue it at this point?

Yeah. That’s the point. This is more dominant. Did you have a stroke? I am concerned between this and your political thoughts.

Yankees and Bulls were more dominant.

Yeah. Ha ha.

Those Steelers would have killed this Patriots team. They were better at every position except qb. And had as good a coach imo.

Nah. They suck. Brady over rated. Constantly bailed out by those around him.

Nah, he just doesn't want any of his kids ending up like the Kardashians.

Fuck the Patriots. I had 3 on a $1000 strip card for the final. All those assholes had to do was make that fucking first down and the game was over. But no, they got stopped short by an inch and kicked the field goal. So I had to watch the goof who had 6 celebrate like a madman. He got real fuckin' quiet when the Rams lined up for that pointless field goal though. So it was almost worth it.

No.

Easy. The Pats didn't play the Saints, Eagles or Bears in the Superbowl. The Rams are a fraud.

I wonder if this is what it was like seeing the very end of the Jordan dynasty. The greatness is undeniable and it is pretty cool to see something that probably defines the sport but it would be nice to move on from them too.

It also didn't help it was probably the worst Super Bowl I've ever seen. I would have much preferred the blowouts that other ones have been instead of both teams being pretty horrible outside of Tom Waddle 2.0.

Maybe to be more clear their greatness I am trumpeting is as an organization. Not great as a team in a given year.

At least the Jordan dynasty, down to the very end, was Jordan. And Pippen and Rodman and so many other great players along the way. The Patriots are all about the fungibility of their players -- even Brady doesn't always look great. No wonder the team is venerated by middle-management shitheads.

Boston sports fans talking about a championship grand slam, Red Sox/Pats/Bruins/Celts. Bruins currently sitting in the first WC spot; but they were without Bergeron and Chara until after the holidays. And Rask was out with a concussion recently. If Brad Stevens can figure out a consistent lineup, Celts should have a shot at coming out of the East. Don't trust Budenholzer teams in the playoffs. But then it'll all depend on how healthy GS is in the Finals.

B's would have to get past Tampa, Toronto, and one of Pittsburgh/Washington/Long Island, and I don't like their odds.

This was the second straight year that Tom Brady looked otherworldly in the AFC Championship, but looked different in the Super Bowl (he had great stats last year, but he was nowhere near as dominant as he was in the AFC Champ Gm).

Maybe having two weeks to prepare for a guy who has 18 years of film on him might have something to do with that, though. . .

Certainly this year. Between Belicheck and Wade Phillips, Denver fans have reason to be hopeful with their old defensive wizard.
