Nah. I wanted the Chiefs to win, but if you cannot hold a 28 pt lead you do not deserve to win.

You stop noticing when you watch enough Notre Dame football. Thursday night NFL network games, too...

Well, my playoff wish is complete...I wanted a typical Andy Reid game, and I only had to watch one Kansas Shitty game to get it.

This game should be fun...I'm seeing a New Orleans win...

in the dome, that pass to sproles wouldn't have been underthrown and that'd be a touchdown. perfect indication of how things'll go tonight.

Is this going to be a scoreless game, go into OT and get decided by a safety?

pfft.... how about the mighty arsenal today? so glad to see a proper no-doubt 2-0 win that coulda/shoulda easily been 3-0 or 4-0 if theo converted any one of the ~3-4 wide open gimmes he had early (par for the course)

next up is a revenge match @ aston villa a week from monday. in the immortal words of bart scott "CAN'T WAIT"

it is amazing how ill equipped this team is on the road lately. they haven't always been this way under payton. in the last few years they are all kinds of different on the road. that pick though was more on stills i think than brees.

I think they flashed their playoff record under Payton, undefeated at home and winless on the road.

0-5 historically, 0-3 under payton. and they usually go by the script pretty tightly. although by now they're usually down 14-0. their defense is playing better than their previous defenses on the road in the playoffs.

Someguy, a suggestion- make a life size print out of your avatar, then use the open mouth in that picture for target practice for releasing your tension. Let us know if you get a bullseye.

brees is just brutal tonight. can't say i'm surprised. but jesus christ. you finally have the defense playing at a playoff level and you're fuckin' it up.

if the eagles get 7 here it's on brees, not the defense.

Brees HoF level of play doesn't seem to travel well in the playoffs.
