In the end the Ravens are gonna lose due to personnel problems and not coaching. You're not going anywhere with Crabtree and Snead as your best WRs and Alex Collins as your RB. This is on newsome. No playmakers whatsoever on the roster on offense.

It may not have been but at the same time I'm not sure what he can do. The QB can't throw and the WRs are nothing special, even if they do get a ball thrown their way. The best threat to score on that team is the defense.
