If Dorsey is smart he would get on the phone with Arians immediately.

Current unemployed head coach calls the only team in the NFL with an immediate vacancy the "only team he wants to coach for".

Bruce Arians is, conservatively speaking, a better coach than at least half the HCs currently.

Road tripping to Cleveland for the game this weekend and I'm so excited I don't have to see Hue's bitchass on Sunday.

I thought I saw that. I hope this is a publicity stunt. Should they interview Obama and GW Bush as well?

She realizes how worthless and terrible running a prevent defense is so she's already more qualified than like half the coaches in the league.

How are they supposed to get more women in the NFL coaching ranks? I think that's what someone called for this weekend. Seems odd.

NFL level coaches need to be around the game for most of their lifetimes. So unless women are going to start playing in mass or spending their childhood engaging in youth programs, there are never going to have the requisite knowledge base. The game in incredibly complicated with three completely different sets of units (O, D, and special teams), large groups of players, and complicated rules.

I would submit that you can only truly learn the game by playing it. Sure you could spend 20 years watching it and maybe understand it. But you are talking about trying to learn a game and then competing against folks that played it their entire youth and then coached it afterwards. Try teaching technique by just watching it. How the heck would you learn all the terminology?

It is a large hill to climb.
