Imagine Poles is kicking the tires on Orlando Brown and Dre'mont Jones.

Right now we have two positions of need filled with Edwards and Moore, still plenty of gaping roster holes to fill.

The more I look at it the more I like the Edwards move, not nearly as athletic as Roquan Smith, but a solid vet at a great value who can get your young defensive players in the right spots. Smart move by Poles.

Edwards is going to get smoked if the Bears don't upgrade their Dline

that's already changed with Raiders throwing down on Jimmy and Flacons on Lindstrom

I wonder what that does to the 5th pick. Could clear the way for Carter to slip to 9.

Hire a fleet of Ubers to follow him around and lock him in.

I still don't want Carter, and it appears the teams at the top of the draft don't either.

Carter slipping to 9 would be awfully tough to pass. If he does, then numerous scouting staffs know more than we do and there's consensus the guy is trouble. I want to give him the benefit of the doubt, but it's not looking good.

I wouldn't care if the kid was Hitler if I thought he would be a great player for the Bears. I don't think he will be.

I didn't Carter top 4 but would actually take him at 9. He would be motivated and pissed about losing millions. He would give you effort, at least during his rookie contract.

I think he’s a no brainer at 9. I’d have been fine with him at 1 pre-arrest.

I don't want a guy who can only play 2 plays per series and not get a tackle or sack. He's a better driver than he is a football player.

Jakobi Meyers gets 3 years and $33M from the Raiders. Are they going to trade Adams?

You DO know a kid can grow up? From what I'm told, all the tools are there. Work ethic and maturity is achievable. Be nuts to pass on him at 9. It'd be a hand delivered gift at 9.

I'm not concerned about his maturity. I'm not interested in using a first round pick on a kid because he's naturally strong. There are a lot of strong guys in the NFL.The kid didn't make many plays in college and couldn't stay on the field long because he didn't have the stamina.

I have my sights on Tuli from USC as our 3T. Hopefully he falls. I'm really prioritizing pass rush from all four defensive line spots in this draft. We spent 25 million of LB. Let them go make the tackles on running plays

He also has inconsistent effort.

You'd probably be saying the same things about Warren Sapp if he were coming out this year.

strange

talentwise, he is a fourth wr for them, maybe fifth

wouldn't be the first packer wr who made money because of the qb he played with

No, Warren Sapp was Tommie Harris before Tommie Harris was Tommie Harris. Those guys were dogs. Jalen Carter isn't built like that.

It seems like Georgia players all have a problem with conditioning, at least the defenders

Their scheme is built on rotating the d line, so they’re probably just not as conditioned as guys who are out there every snap.

As much as the Jets suck, their WR's are actually pretty good, why are they letting Karen bring in all his washed up crappy WRs?

The Jets don't suck, they are a couple guys away from being a 10 win team. Elite defense.

That's ridiculous. They were stacked at the position.

Now they are going to have to cut someone like Denzel Mims or trade Elijah Mitchell for pennies on the dollar to give a spot to the carcass of Cobb.

Garrett Wilson won't be smiling quite as wide when Rogers focuses on Lazard and Cobb instead of him

I don't know their whole WR depth chart but Lazard is a great #3 and outstanding #4. He was #1 on GB because Gute is a dumbass and chose Love over Tee Higgins.
