My math was different than yours. Nfl.com says he had one fumble lost and 13 interceptions in 2010.

NFL.com?

They dont have an agenda or anything...

What is strange though is that in his first two years he had 19 fumbles but only lost 4. Did the Jets practice recovering his fumbles because that seems like a really low rate of losing them?

i think shaub is very comparable to romo..i give the slight edge to shaub...texans have scored enough points to be a playoff team..the defense is what has killed them

Sanchez has consistently gotten better. I dont think any of those guys have proven to be better than him.

sanchez will never be as good as hasselbeck or cassell...rex and sanchez are equals and both should be 2nd string

Hasselbeck might still be better than Sanchez, I dont think so though. Cassell is pretty bad and unlike Sanchez he isnt getting better. Sanchez isnt a 2nd stringer though. If you think he is, you think there is 32 quarterbacks better than he is. Thats ridiculous.

sanchez has the line and the running game. and the receivers .and the defense..he is the weak link..u put cutler or cassell on the jets and they have a superbowl ring since rex ryan was hired....reminds me of when the bears defense was the shit and grossman was the weak link

Cassell had a better team around him in 2008. So you are wrong.

nah..that team was old but good , but not as good as the jets the last couple years...cassell had 2 real good years..sanchez will never sniff those numbers

and the only reason they won 11 games that year ..they played a real easy schedule..they played the nfc west that season

QBs generally lose fumbles at a low rate because fumbled snaps are almost always recovered by the offense. Just a guess though.

I'm not a big Sanchez guy, but this is pretty laughable.

Sanchez tends to carry the ball like a loaf of rye, so I doubt that fumbled snaps account for more than a few. It may just be noise. FO has documented the Jets' ridiculous run of good luck vis-a-vis fumble recoveries over the past couple seasons (especially last year); I'd expect that to regress sharply this season.

Tier 3 may have been too high, but im not ready to say guys like Orton and Freeman are better than Romo. Plus I wanna see how the next year or two with Dez Bryant go. I think Dez has the talent to be in the Andre Johnson/Fitzgerald/Megatron class

I'm 100% convinced now that Aaron Rodgers is the best QB in the league. Tom Brady, you had a good run.

Rex is a special case becaue he's Rex. The other ones have better numbers than Sanchez, and thats what they were going off of. I may have worded it for effect.

I think the lesson here is clear.

Never draft a QB from: USC, Notre Dame

Way too much talent on those teams at the skill positions for them to develop. I think that besides Carson Palmer, it's been nothing but busts since Montana.

Matt Cassell was alright. But he wasnt ruined by playing for USC or ND in college, just wore the jersey.

Tony Rice is better than Mark Sanchez

It's kind of moot, really. Last night certainly didn't do anything to buttress my case.

Brady threw one too today already. I'm not moving him down to tier 5.

Apparently you missed Romo's "eventually this team will win a super bowl, haters gonna hate" comment Darko.

Might be time to lower Flacco four tiers to an unprecedented tier 7
