Tough to pin this loss solely on Romo.

It is tough to pin it on Romo. But you can't blame me whatsoever for predicting a romo choke, since he basically did on the 2nd to last drive.

The 2nd to last drive is squarely the result of bad playcalling.

I disagree. Not scoring a TD might be the result of bad play calling. Throwing an interception never is.

It was 4th down. You're suggesting he should have thrown it away to avoid the sack?

I'm suggesting he should have made it a better throw, or played better prior to that as to avoid 4th down. I can't believe you are trying to justify that game losing INT.

He was backpeddling as fast as he could, trying to avoid the sack on that play.

I can't believe you think that was a "game losing INT". Wait....
They were down by 20+ points at half. It was 4th and one on that play, Garret called a pass and the protection sucked - and, oh yeah, they still had the ball for another series inside of the 35 for 3 more plays on the next drive. You know, the drive that followed the "game losing INT".

Wait, that's not enough.

There's no question they were in 10x a better spot in the INT drive. Romo choked and threw an INT. He was lucky enough to get the ball back and he almost made up for the INT. But almost only counts in horseradish or whatever the saying is. He didn't play well enough to win, and he had the chance. That's it.

I have never said that Cutler was/is great. I just get tired of the constant bitching about everything he does, especially the sideline stuff, the facial expressions, etc.

Romo. Everyone except Illinois knows Cutler is a butt.

I agree w/ Darkside (What?), but Toni Romo gets way too much love nationally. Especially when the Cowboys TV announcers, Joe Buck & Troy Aikman, are calling the game.
