With this being so needlessly nasty and public, you really have to wonder if the idiots in charge have done a decade's worth of damage to the team. It's rough enough that few skill position players want to live there, but with the receivers not showing up before, I think good players aren't going to want to stay there.

Loyalty begins at home and mgmt doesn't seem to understand that.

Why did 2 of their best players, Bakhtiari and Aaron Jones just sign contracts to stay? Bakhtiari is one of Rodgers best friends too.

They both re-signed before this blew up iirc. Change happens

Bakhtiari, was late last year and Jones was definitely after all of this blew up. I get what you are saying but all of the receivers were back in camp. Adams is the one that will be your best case example, we will see with him.

They made Bakhtiari the highest paid lineman ever. There was no "hometown" discount.

Agreed, but it was also he signed and like a week later he blew out his knee. My point was, at the time he signed, he knew of some of this shit that was going on with Rodgers.

Especially when the contract matters get discussed ad nauseam.

Looking like a 85% chance Rogers won't play for them, a 99% chance Love sucks. Bears got the division this year if they can take Vikes out.

He will be with the Packers next year one way or the other, if they don't get a contract done, they will just franchise tag him.

That's nice for the Packers. Not so much for him.

We both know that ain't true, Do you believe Rogers plays for GB this year? Do you think Love will perform above average this year?

I think we all know that. Not sure what it has to do with my comment to Rick.

Adams was drafted by the Packers. He has not had a chance to go to another team via free agency.

ARob has.

Yeah. I'm sure Allen Robinson is very happy with the Bears too about it.

I still have no idea what that has to do with A Rob not being happy about not getting an extension and Adams potentially being in the same boat.

Really?

ARob had a chance to get a big money deal on the open market. Adams has not had that chance yet.

Both are on their second contracts. So that's not really true. Adams has had the chance, he chose to sign an extension with the team that drafted him instead of test FA
