I'm surprised they haven't done anything at tackle. Boles is one of the worst in the league and he's lead the league in penalties over the last 3 seasons. Simpson is a big guard with long arms and slightly above-average top-end speed. He has the quickness, length and wide frame to compete but struggles to mirror in pass pro. Well the Vikings are starting to win the draft a little bit. That's what happens when you have like ten day three picks.

Vikings came out better not having to trade for Williams. They would have had to include Harris, a draft pick and sign Williams to a big deal. Drafting the kid from Boise avoids all that and it was someone that they thought about drafting in round 1. Vikings are killing this draft.
