The truth is the Rams have drafted really, really poorly and the guys they've traded for like Fowler Jr. and Cooks aren't that great anymore. They were all-in to win it last year and came up short.

Should never have paid Goff.

McVay = Chip Kelly 2.0? 49ers not even playing all that great. Rams look unmotivated to be there. 49ers played Monday night and are on the road against a host team that had 10 days btw games. Maybe the shorter rest will catch up to the Niners in the 4th.

I think he's very aware of his personnel limitations.
