the 49ers whip up on the Rams, and last week were blown out by the Dolphins. in the last 2 weeks, the Dolphins have outscored their opponents 67-17. for a team that seems like they should be shitty, that's a pretty damn good 2-week stretch.

then again, the packers were putting up 40+ and get stomped by the Bucs, who seemed to be a sputtering offense so far this year.

the browns still seem to be the browns though.

Probably the only coach from the Belichek tree that learned the rule stretching ability (or hired people who knew how to do it). This was after he kept taking penalties to run the clock on Belichek in a game last year.

Juxtaposed with Nagy who has thrown the ball with under two minutes and the lead for two consecutive weeks now.

He justified it be wanting to be aggressive. But he's failed to realize the limits of his roster and what they can and cannot do. It's like wanting your 15 year old minivan to go 200 on an expressway.

That seems like a retroactive justification.

Why would he have to fake being angry? The penalty doesn't change. Send 15 out there just to really highlight the infraction.

Ok! Lost with the Packers miserable performance but.. won on KC. So I rolled my overall winnings on Dallas -1. Was that dumb?

another case of overthinking things.

Texans score a late TD with under 2 min left, and instead of kciking the XP to go up 8, they go for 2, and miss.

SO now the Titans go down and score and need only an XP to tie and sure enough, they do, then they win in OT.

Pisses me off. Why teams try to outsmart themselves is beyond me. Bill O'Brien is fired yet they still go and make a dumb Bil O'Brien mistake.

If Titans score 8 points, more power to 'em, u live with that. But u dnt cough up an easy chance at an 8 point lead like that.

Im still pissed off about that.

Skins try to win with a 2 at the end and failed, and NOBODY says a word. NOBODY.

WHen Wannstedt tried it against the Packers he got roasted about it for weeks. Now u try it and miss, it's no big deal.

Bullshit. It IS a big deal. When u have a chance to tie and go to OT, u kick the XP to stay in the damn game.

Ezekiel Elliot with another bumble fumble. Hard to believe he only has 3 fumbles this year. Seems like every week he is coughing it up twice and putting his team in a hole.

Also, loved when Dan Hampton called Dalton the Red Rifle on PFW. And Aikman tonight also called him the Red Rifle. Thought I was the only one who remembered that.

Classic ugly game in Buffalo.

Been a long time since we've seen meaningful nationally-televised game in Buffalo. With rain and cold, it was a classic defensive game with a lot of running. Loved it. Classic football.

And just like that, Elliott with his 2nd fumble. He is the reason this team is 2-3.

McCarthy deserves that embarrassing TD for calling stupid timeouts with 2 minutes left down but 28. All you’re going to do is get guys hurt by extending an unwinnable game.

I was really shocked how positively the media looked at that hiring.

I don't think so as it was the 2nd time he's done that. Also, with regard to the fake anger, I read that he didn't want it to be obvious that it was intentional since the penalty might get declined.
