I gotta admit... I'm rooting hard for Denver. Having lived in New England for three years made me fucking hate the Pats.

Great tweet by Norman Chad...if Tom Brady gets hit one more time, Gisele might take a sneak peek at eHarmony

Think about these last games:

Favre with the Vikings @ Saints in NFC Title game.

Favre's last game was that Monday night game against the Bears in 2010. The one when Cory Wooten dropped him on his head after the Metrodome collapsed.

I can't read. Thank you for the correction.

Know how the movie ends with the Patriots winning by a field goal late. Why bother?

Manning leaving it all on the field.

Simms doesn't even need to ever tell us he likes the decision to punt anymore. It should just be assumed he'd support punting even in the opponent's red zone.

That's what everyone thought in 06.

Terrible decision to punt there. When will coaches learn?

While the numbers say you're right, if the Pats choke here on 3rd down, the ends justify the means.

Broncos defense looks unbeatable.

I disagreed with the decision to punt, but I do think that run call was significantly worse. Kubiak could be trailing in the fourth quarter and he would still be trying to ESTABLISH THE RUN and achieve a RUN-PASS BALANCE.

This drive sets up the 20-20 tie.

Peyton missed. Not sure Brady can solve this defense. They're being outcoached.

Pats aren't tying it if Gronk can't stay on the field for a full drive.

I think it's over. Broncos defense is too good.

You can hate the Pats all you want, and much of it is likely deserved if not outright rationally obliged, but to do so right now means you also implicitly have to then be cheering for Roger Goodell being happy as a pig in shit.

Still about 10 minutes for Roger to be sad.

That's a pretty obvious penalty; not sure what Gary's up in arms about.

This is what Brady looks like with regulation footballs.

Agreed. I don't agree with Machavelli easily.

Oh God, are people really claiming that going for it was the wrong decision? What on earth does being down 5 with less than half a quarter remaining get you?

Wrong as usual. It was a good design and a good play call. It was just an outstanding play by the Denver DB to stay in position and make the play.
