And your point? Why else would I be making fun of the Packers?

Not sure what there is to totally make fun of but I guess other than getting first round picks on a yearly basis you have nothing else.

Yes the Bears suck. We all know this.

That does not take away the joy of seeing the Packers choke once again in the playoffs.

They went all Cody Parkey when they dumped Crosby for Carlson. Nice to share some of that pain with Packer fans.

We saw Crosby miss a kick for the Giants, he was done also.

Not one of you are pissing on me today, the Packers over achieved and we know who the quarterback is going forward. Coming off 2 great drafts, they get to add more talent to a young talented team.

I’ll bet no one is tripping over their dicks to make an excuse as to why he threw that interception in the waning moments though like they would be for certain other quarterbacks.

But hasn't the argument always been that only "terrible" QBs do such things? Just Asking A Question

No the argument has always been that good quarterbacks dont constantly piss down their legs in 4th quarters and waning moments of games and then get a thousand excuses made for them why they did. Just Answering A Question

And throwing an INT in the "waning" moments of a game is the sort of "pissing" that is front and center of YOUR condemnation list.

You might want to look again, hell of a lot of starters from last night.

Now I'm nothing more than a "LONG TIME" Public League "Guy" so what do I actually about the game of football? But it seems to me that the guy who you and FF have been touting as the second coming of Henry Burris numbers actually got progressively worse (and not better) as the season went along. Yesterday's shitty performance may not necessarily be the "putlier" that you believe it to be with this being the case.

I don’t know what you are talking about and there is a very good chance I don’t give a shit one way or the other. If it is the quarterback, I have zero issues with Love being the Packers quarterback going forward. Did not have his best yesterday but was absolutely tremendous in some critical games down the stretch. Seems Bears fan have enough concerns but I guess it is fun to make fun of something when you can’t achieve it.

And I obviously don't give a shit either though I'll indulge, thankfully only briefly.

https://www.pro-football-reference.com/ ... veJo03.htm

In whose "Football world" would his completion % and winning % over the last 9 games or so constitute "great QB play down the stretch"? Just Asking A Question

That hero ball throw really has GB shook. They are wondering if Love's apparent talent is undermined by a deficient intellect. Can't coach intelligence. I really feel for Gb's concern given they got so excited by love only to look on in shock and horror as he so needlessly and stupidly threw their season away on a desperation throw on [checks notes] second down.

Many of his balls seem to have major wobble.

Glad to see the concern from Bears fans, we are just fine with Jordan Love going forward. Funny, it seems reading and the listening to the vast majority, they agree.

Actually that would have been better since they could call TO and still have the ball. Maybe he needs to sit with Justin Fields to take notes on sacks.

Not true Midge, I am Extremely comfortable moving forward with him. Again, 1 game doesn’t deter me.

Who reads the plays to Love? I hope he has some sort of provision in his contract which requires GB to pay for someone to read plays to him or at least draw pictures of them so he understands.

Glad Packers fans are good with Love and 8-9 wins again next season.

Beats Dallas, loses to SF. Meet the new boss, same as the old boss.

You can do that when no defender is within 20 feet.

it's just like Mitch trubinsky having a good 1st year and it takes us 3 years to realize he sucks. because love had a good first year, it will take a few more for the packers to realize they are in NFL hell.

That's is because the stupid media has him thinking he is the second coming of A.Rodgers. How many times did we hear, "look how he throws unbalanced and off his back foot. Can't play in this league if you can't throw like that!" "He just may be the best of Favre and Rodgers all in one!"

it was pretty funny to watch the buildup for the last 1min drive. Love got all pumped up too, walking out there like tom brady confidence. And then he shits his pants

Exactly. But when defenses catch up to your tendencies, those big plays become interceptions. We'll see what happens with Love next year.

I dunno. This young Packers team went in and pounded Dallas and nearly took down San Fran. In the end it only matters if you win, but they sure showed a lot in the back half of the season.

Lest we forget they handled the Bears easily twice this year on top of a playoff road win against the #2 seed and a toss up loss against the #1 seed.

They won because Kirk Cousins went down. Let's hold off on memorializing the 2023 9-8 Packers.
