Perhaps Matt Hasselbeck and Brett Hundley?

referencing sending a 7th for a guy who some folks valued as an early 2nd just a couple years ago? Seems like a good buy low on a project QB for a team with a good record of developing QBs.

agreed. I think that is right around where I would value him. It becomes a waste if Jones explodes next year but is kind of brilliant if he plays to what is expected.

Wait, you think that is somehow inconsistent with what I wrote.  back at you

The Packers used to get other teams to trade picks for their backup QBs. Now, the opposite is true.

It’s a good move. Love isn’t getting any younger so they need to plan for the future.

The Packers have been blessed with kickers, like quarterbacks. Going back it has been Jackie, Longeell and Crosby forever. They are now on their 6th kicker in a little over a year, I know that isn’t positive.

Yeah, it seems to be an extension of their Premature Quarterback Replacement Strategy, which worked so well for them with Rodgers/Love.

Go Pack!!

There is no angst, Porky. Only a realistic assessment of Gute's preference for the mundane over the extraordinary. Go Pack!!

Tomorrow is game day, I truly have missed watching Jordan Love play football. I have said, it wasn’t the Packers losing last year, it was, I couldn’t watch Love play football. I am getting a similar feeling about Jackson Chourio.

Merry Christmas Eve to all who celebrate!!!!
