Brett Favre isn’t returning this time around.

The legendary quarterback blamed a hack for a short-lived Instagram post on his official account that indicated he would be returning to the gridiron in 2020.

“A true champion sticks to his or her calling, ” read the post Tuesday evening, since deleted but screen-grabbed by The Post. “I will be coming out of retirement and making my return to play in the NFL for the 2020 season. Stay tuned for more news!”

Favre later told TMZ Sports that his account was hacked.

Of course the 49-year-old is no stranger to retirement drama. The 20-year pro came out of his retirement to play with the Jets in 2008 after his Packers tenure was finished. He last played in 2010 for the Vikings.
