I usually hate NFL rule changes. Usually they are an overreaction to 1 play in the previous season, or they are meant to try to change/steer the game in a certain way.

But this rule, I absolutely loved from the start.

Moving the PAT yardline back from the 2, to the 10 or 15 or some shit.

Absolutely the best rule. Although we still want to think of TDs as 7 points, it was WAYYY too automatic before.

Now, you have so many missed PAT's that it really messes with the games. I didnt think there would be this many misses, but I think it was still the right move to move it back.

Well if they got rid of extra points and made all safeties 3 points then every game score would be a multiple of three.

Alternatively, get rid of PAT and make conversion attempts 3 points as well.

Virtually eliminating on-side kicks and kick-off return TD's have reduced the kicking game in the NFL to one of hoping the kicking team screws up and misses a FG/PAT.
