Self reported his own possible concussion during a playoff game after abandoning his team the 2 years before. Josh McCown tore his hamstring off the bone and continued playing. How can anyone in the Eagles want to go to war with a guy like that? |

Costing them a ton of money, there's no way out. He's going to sink the Eagles. |

my son and I were watching the game and he (age 12) was trying to make excuses for him (they have third party doctors that make that judgment! - he has no choice!) I told him the hell with that, if you ever are concussed, don't say anything and keep playing. |

When guys on your team are playing injured you don't take yourself out of the game for something mild. |

He sucks even when he does play. That knee injury changed him profoundly, I would certainly rather have Mitch (Pro Bowl QB) Trubisky than him. At least you can part ways with Mitch (Pro Bowl QB) Trubisky without incurring a sixty million dollar cap penalty. |

Threw 27 TDs and 7 picks with absolutely no help this year. Was primarily throwing to practice squad players the last month of the season. |

"Absolutely no help" unless you count the best tight end pairing in the NFL and one of the best offensive lines. Watch an Eagles game, he missed just as many throws as Mitch. |

Good offensive line, good running game, great TE and good receivers. Besides this is about him removing himself from the biggest game of the season. |

If Carson Wentz played for the Bears and was signed to that contract he would be universally reviled. This is a case of the grass being greener. |

Its more of a case about wanting a better QB than Mitchell (Pro Bowl QB) Trubisky. |

He reportedly couldn’t remember plays or even put together a complete sentence following the hit. This is a dumb thread. |

There are guys playing injured in order to win a championship. When you miss the last 2 playoff runs and you owe it to your teammates to be out there. Especially when you are the face of the team and have a $100M+ contract. |

Good QB, never gonna stay healthy though. That contract is looking real bad. |
