If we're going strictly off championship wins

Packers
Bears
Giants
Patriots
Steelers

in that order.

Organizationally?

The Ravens must be on every list

Pats
Ravens
Steelers
Seahawks
Saints

last two could be incorrect. I feel very confident about the top 3

Some of those early Bears championships were pretty cheap compared to the modern era.

Packers
Patriots
Steelers
49ers
Cowboys

Same can be said for half the Packers championships.

Packers need to be on every list my friend. I know it hurts.

The Giants and Bears have been pretty terrible recently, but this isn't a bad list.

If you're talking the Super Bowl era, it should likely be;

Patriots
49ers
Steelers
Packers
Cowboys

Packers don't make it because they were never the dominant team of an era.

Should I also put the Chiefs in because of Lamar Hunt?

That is not the name of the Super Bowl trophy.

Anyway, if we don't consider 5 titles in a 7 year span a dominant team of an era then I don't think we have ever had any dominant teams in any era

Why are you acting like this? It's just his list. An over the top attack over a list is so Packers fan.

 C'mon. We can troll Packers fans all day long about MANY things. Them being one of the top 5 franchises in NFL history is not one of them.

If it were not for Halas and the Bears there would be no NFL and no permanently salty Packers fans from the hinterlands. This whole enterprise owes its existence to the Bears franchise, still owned by that founding family.

Waving dicks about championships won when the games were broadcast on the radio is a fool's errand. Even more so is championship reductionist thought. Some things matter more than titles. These are things the Packers will never have. If I had to trade the Bears prestigious image as the charter franchise for the Packers' status as Officially Licensed Team of the Double Wide I wouldn't do it. Not for all the championships in the world.

That's silly America. I'd trade it all for a Super Bowl in my lifetime.

The goal is to win titles. The White Sox are tied to gang shootings and tire fires. If they win, I couldn't care less what their image is. Same with the Bears.

5. 49ers $3.5 Billion
4. Rams $3.8 Billion
3. Giants $3.9 Billion
2. Patriots $4.1 Billion
1. Cowboys $5.5 Billion

The top five all have fairly new, partly taxpayer funded stadiums as a BIG part of that worth.

Old teams: Bears, Packers, Steelers

AFL era teams: Cowboys, Patriots, Raiders

Modern teams: Ravens

That's seven, so take off the Raiders and Ravens.

Second five, in no order: Raiders, Ravens, Giants, 49ers, tie between Chiefs/Broncos.

Metlife stadium was funded solely by the Jets and Giants - they split the cost. no taxpayer funds used.

Gilette Stadium privately funded...entirely. It's also 17 years old.
The Rams stadium construction was funded privately as well. Yes, they're getting tax breaks, but that's pretty common. I'm pretty confident the Bears and Packers enjoy similar tax advatages. Pretty common.

Given the Bears don't even own their stadium, I was pretty surprise to see them as high at #6.

Net worth matters. Too bad it doesn't translate to championships.

You know the answer to that so why you asking the question?
