For the love of God, Mayock, don't let Gruden draft him! |

You know he will. |

With huge needs at WR and CB, I don't think he will, but I will be more than a little uneasy on day 1 of the draft. |

I dont think it'd be a bad pick at all, but the RAIDERS must get at least one wide receiver from this loaded draft. |

No way it happens. I've seen some people mocking it but those people don't have a good handle on what's going with the Raiders. Gruden has his project "rebuilding" Mariota. It would be nice if someone trades up into the 19 for Love though... |

The Jordan Love hype, as expected, is out of control. It's not like he fits the trend of mobile QB in the league. He isn't highly accurate. He regressed pretty considerably from sophomore to junior year. He doesn't protect the ball. He didn't win all that much in a lesser competition conference. I had him pegged as a guy who would rise at the beginning of the season. He sucked but he is still rising. When draft analysis started, I thought he might even be a stretch at mid second round. Now he is in the first round. He has a huge arm and standard size for a pocket passer. I don't know what his comp is, maybe Flacco. |

I'm hoping Miami takes one of the tackles at #5 and moves up for Love at #19. The #26 and #39 is probably too much to hope for but the #26 and #56 would still be a nice haul. |

I know what good dolphin is saying but I honestly would take the big arm over any other attribute. |

I also think Detroit could be dead-set on Herbert or Tua but cleverly playing the media to dissuade teams from getting antsy and dealing with the Redskins for 1.2. Though its the Lions, so who even knows. Either way, if the Chargers trade-up with Detroit to grab Tua and the Dolphins aren't Herbert fans that could mean Herbert falls all the way to the twenties. At some point the Bears have to be interested. |

I think this would be best case for us. I'm not sure how else Mayock will be able to pull it off while still getting good value back. Mayock can do a lot of damage with a 2 and 3 3's and we still get our CB at #26. As good dolphin said the Love hype is building so we'll see. AJ Dillon in the 4th seems like a good play but the guy is tough to evaluate. He's very patient hitting the hole...not quite as much as Bell but I'd rather my 250 pound RB hit the hole with more authority. |

I saw a mock with CB Jaylon Johnson at 26, LB Dye from Oregon and Dillon. I think it had Ruggs off the board as the first receiver and LVR taking Lamb. I'm cool with that. |
