I would argue getting chased with a knife and having a loaded gun pointed at your head is probably domestic violence even if you did cheat.

As far as the loaded gun: "Nina admits she pulled out the gun and put it to Earl's head -- stating "that she took out the magazine thinking that the gun could not fire." But, cops say Nina was "unaware that the gun had a round in the chamber."

I agree that Thomas was a complete idiot. I'm also of the belief that if you have to stalk or spy on your spouse you should probably leave.

IF he held a gun to his wife's head or chased her with a knife no one would side with him even if she was caught fucking his father.

The tmz writeup was a something. He was caught in bed with his brother and multiple women. There apparently is a video of the gun to the head too. She claims she was trying to scare him with gun with clip removed, but there was a bullet still loaded in chamber.
