Ravens - Steelers moved to Sunday at 12:15.

Good.

I never liked when they added a 3rd game at night. Thanksgiving should always be JUST the 2 games. That's the tradition.

Texans @ Lions - Lions have lost their last 3 Thanksgiving games, the last 2 against the Bears. The last time they played an AFC team on Thanksgiving? 2012, against....the Texans. Houston won 34-31 in OT. Probably no DeAndre Swift today. That means you get to see more of Adrian Peterson. Texans and DeShaun Watson playing better and should win this one. And dont forget, Fat Matt Patricia on the big stage.

Skins @ Cowboys - the 2 legacy QBs that won last week are now playing each other. Cowboys won on the strength of the run. The team that runs the ball better will win. The team that wins will be in first place. Cowboys are the better team as long as Dalton doesnt turn it over. Cowboys are 5-6 on Thanksgiving at AT&T Stadium.

*******************
And now, the rest of the damn games:

Raiders @ Falcons - Derek Carr playing like a legitimate top-flight QB for the most part this year. They should win this one after playing KC tough last week.

Chargers @ Bills - Bills coming off a bye, which came after the last second loss at AZ. They bounce back here at home.

Giants @ Bengals - WOulda been a good game if Burrow was playing. Giants looking to grab first place with a win and should do it. Brandon Allen starts at QB for Cincy. Ryan Finley remains the backup. A terrible one, at that. Gio Bernard also with a concussion, may not play. Mixon still out.

Titans @ Colts - Rematch from the TNF game a couple weeks back. SHould be a real good one. Titans I think avenge the loss. Colts coming off great win vs GB. Forced a fumble from MVS.

Browns @ Jaguars - Originally I looked at this as a Jaguar win with Jake Luton at QB> Now, it's Mike Glennon instead. Browns should win with their running game. But Baker Mayfiield needs to step it up for this team to do anything. He's been lost since OBJ got hurt. Browns have benefited from friendly schedule, but it gets harder after this.

Panthers @ Vikings - Minny had a surprising home loss last week, despite playing good. Something tells me the Panthers go up and win again. They just always seem like a tough out and Kirk Cousins just has not been able to win games this year without Dalvin Cook having a big game.

Cardinals @ Patriots - Remember the last time AZ played at NE? It was in 2012, when AZ was terrible. And somehow, they surprised everybody with a 20-18 win when Gostkowski missed a last second easy FG. Robert Kraft was miffed. The last meeting between the teams? That was Jimmy G.'s first start on opening day in the desert, and he won. This should be a good one. Winning 2 in a row at NE is very improbable. I say AZ should get it done with a huge game from Murray coming off a bye.

Dolphins @ Jets - FitzMagick back at QB where he belongs. Tua is injured. He also sucks. Fuck him. Sam Darnold returns for Jets. Jets have their top receivers healthy the last couple weeks, but it won't help. But Flacco has played good and deserves to be the starter.

Saints @ Broncos - Broncos beat Miami. Now theyre without a QB (all 3 on Covid list). Will run the ball a lot. Tayson Hill starts again for NO.

49ers @ Rams - Jason Goff coming off impressive victory. I still think he sucks. Rams should win the rematch here though, at home.

Chiefs @ Bucs - Mahomes vs Brady again. SHould be a good one. Bucs will only win if their defense plays good and forces a couple turnovers.

Bears @ Packers - Packers lost on MVS's fumble last week. MVS is great though. We must remember his 65 yd TD reception 2 weeks ago, where the ref fell down and the Jaguar jumped over him!! Packers should bounce back, but Bears are never an easy game for them. (Pro Bowl QB) Trubisky starting again. He is good when he comes in fresh and then teams figure him out. Same as Foles, really. Allen Robinson will need to have a huge game for them to win. It is very do-able.

The Lions are missing their best RB and WR. Zzzzzz. The NFL should have put GB VS Bears on at 3pm. The Bears aren't good enough to play Sunday night so why not go with the tradition Thanksgiving angle.

AP being celebrated for his work with kids seems a bit off.

I have mixed emotions. I’m generally all for the idea of people being able to change and learn from mistakes, but the shit he did should be a permanent stain

I’m fine with him getting a shot to act like a human, but I think at the very least he’s forfeited his right to kid-based puff pieces.

This game is surprisingly watchable btw. Lions pulling out all the stops but still losing.

Can't take the late game away from Dallas but it would have been a fine night game. Third game should rotate between good heartland-y cities: Green Bay, KC, Buffalo, Pittsburgh. Oh, and Cleveland. They wear Thanksgiving colors fercryinoutloud.

KC was the traditional Thanksgiving game in the AFL days.

That's a perfect fit, because when I think of Kansas City, I think of food. So there you go, make it Detroit/Dallas/KC every year.

The Cowboys/Redskins game was close for a while, but once Smith threw that pic and the Cowboy defender got tackled from behind at the 4 (and they subsequently failed to punch it in), the roof caved in on them.

An NFL game on Black Friday would be grrat as well.

Not allowed.

The NHL was making a move to own Black Friday for a while there. I think that had been a Bruins day game for years and then NBC started carrying it.

The NFL making the Broncos play without a QB is pretty messed up

It’s insanity. Totally arbitrary rules.

I tend to agree, but then I remember I despise the Broncos.

They've done that to the Bears for longer.

So did Cole Beasley just now.

Baker kind of sucks. Just blew a wide open 3rd down pass that reminded me way too much of (Pro Bowl QB) Trubisky.

I admittedly don’t watch full browns’ games but every time red zone switches over, he’s very underwhelming for a #1 overall.

Matt Ruhle with Lovie Smith like clock management which now gives the vikes an opportunity to win.

He's terrible. Mitch is better.
