Supposedly they are saying they will take one or two games off the preseason schedule... which is cool imo. And I would imagine the extra game would be cross conference, so thats cool too. |

I suspect that would improve the quality of those games. Run Thursday night games on Week 1 and then weeks 4-16 (plus the extra two Thanksgiving Day daytime games instead of weeks 2 and 3). |

Also, post-COVID, a 17th game is a natural place for neutral site games. More teams playing overseas and in Mexico and Canada. |

16 is too many. I rarely pay attention to the last two weeks as it is. A lot of bad games yesterday. |

16 is fine. But the NFL will screw it up. Like they did with the playoffs that used to be perfect. |
