Post subject:  Joe Brady - next mcvay?

this 31 year old is getting multiple HC interviews this week. but is he the next mcvay or the next zac tyler.

he has no HC experience at any level. he had 1 year of OC experience at LSU... where he did great work revamping their offense though that was aided by elite talent (jefferson, burrow, CEH etc...)
panthers offense was pretty meh this year granted their best offensive player missed most of the season.

would you be comfortable taking the plunge with this guy and his weak resume as HC? matt nagy's resume was equally weak

I would hire him. I think he did the best he could with Carolina. Teddy B is a pretty limited QB

Agreed, Matt Lafleur was never a head coach and only a 1 year OC, turned out pretty good here so far.
