That looks like an Aaron Rodgerseque play.

Yeah that was my first thought as well.

Mahomes is great...but Rodgers can make that same play.

Rodgers three years ago.

Pace's career maybe defined by not only passing on Mahomes but being so wrong on him he had to trade up 1 spot to guarantee he didn't have to accept him as a consolation prize.

Unbelievable throw just now.

He lost at home. Enough with the coronation talk.

Collinsworth's adulation last night was embarassing. You stop it.

His mobility on that play was better than Rodgers, but that is who he looked like. The roll out right and throw as moved near the sidelines was classic Rodgers. And I hate the Packers. Just saying.

And you wanted them to take a QB in the 1st pretty much every year. And this is what happens when you reach -you either get a Mahomes, or you get a (Pro Bowl QB) Trubisky. And if you wind up with a Mitch.. you set yourself back 3-4 years minimum.. and we’re in year 3 right now.

(Pro Bowl QB) Trubisky was not a reach. He is trending towards not working out but he was easily a first round pick.

Draft a quarterback and hope they turn into a Mahomes type player based on your best judgement. You set yourself back just as much signing guys to huge contracts or giving guys like Cutler extensions all the time hoping they will suddenly figure it out.

(Pro Bowl QB) Trubisky seems to be a miss but he has shown to be capable enough in year 2 to justify his cost. We will see how this season goes but there is no way he has earned an extension.

All qb picks are lottery tickets with the highest potential return on investment. That's why you take the best one available when you really need one and hope it works out.

Its also why its a good idea to take one every year in a later round because you never know when one might pan out.

I agree. I still take my chances with a first round quarterback but trying to develop another just in case is a good idea.

I read on twitter that the way to beat Mahomes is to keep him in Andy Reid's pocket.

So can Russell Wilson. That type of shit is annoying. Mahomes is awesome but he's not doing things we've never seen before except possibly the dumb no look pass that isn't even very effective.

A dislocated knee cap is a serious injury. How stupid are you?

The Broncos and first Patriots game from last season made me a believer. He effortlessly made plays that no other quarterback in the NFL can make or can make anymore. He moved up the boards late and something tells me Pace didn't give him a serious look.

Um... Just repeating what the ESPN crawl is saying.

Relax.

Not true and a lazy take. Russell Wilson exists.

The midget isn't in his class and it doesn't look effortless.

Aaron Rodgers was the last guy I saw do it the way Mahomes does and Mahomes is more physically gifted.

There's not a single play on the football field Mahomes can make that Russell can't. Your hate for Wilson continues to be baffling.
