Mitch (Pro Bowl QB) Trubisky will sign a $160M deal. That means Barkley will be tagged.

Derek Carr seems to be a Saint. That's relatively good news for the Bears as the Saints were the least likely to trade for the #1 pick.

That is good news I think. Take a QB off the board to a team that prob wasnt in the mix anyways.

I am sure Z and RR are thrilled :)

I think that's a good move for them. I don't think Jimmy G is better.

He's the best quarterback you've had in about 6 years.

Veteran kicker Robbie Gould said today that, as much as he enjoyed his last six seasons in San Francisco, he will test free agency later this month and be kicking elsewhere in 2023.

Bears have to be #1 on his list if they want him. He lives here in the off season, I believe and said he wanted to be here when SF franchised him.

Poles will target him but botch the actual signing.

Yeah, I'll pass. He's lost a little bit over the past 2 years.

Gould's FG numbers over the last 2-3 seasons are basically the same as Santos. Gould's XP numbers are a lot better.

I'll always thank him for winning the game for us in the playoffs in 2022.

If the giants sign jones, I wouldt be surprised if they sign Saquon too based on some giants chatter I have read lately. Having both of them under contact gives them maximum cap room to hit free agency. Signing both, even if they overpay and over-extend a bit for barkely, is a sign this team is committed to trying to build off of last season.

Cowboys tag Pollard, so either they are gonna cut Zeke or use about 12% of their salary cap towards the running back position.

That also means Schultz is available. I think Zeke will take pennies to stay. Jerry loves him and Cowboys Nation does too.

Edit: Schultz may be cheaper since he played hurt last season.

Okay. I think you're going to win the division next year.

Can't play him on 3rd down, but he could help against the run.

The Bears shouldn't sign any FA over the age of 30.

I was hoping for Hargrave and Odell Beckham.

Beckham? Are you trying to demonstrate the Bears are inclusive of people with disabilities?

I've arrived at this as well.

Lots of OT 27 and under. I think that's where I would put some money.

Maybe after the first wave of FA and the draft there will be some cuts of 30 year old guys you can sign to one year deals, especially on the DL where they need to get up to average.
