Payton should've stayed retired...or waited for the Bears or Cowboys jobs to open up. Walton kids driving that franchise so far down they'll probably end up selling for a huge profit and walking away in a few years.

Purdy might just be at best a league average QB benefiting from Shanahan's offense + didn't Purdy get the starting job about the same time Christian McCaffrey came over from the Panthers? Plus Kittle, Deebo, etc. tho they lost Deebo at half-time today.
