The neck thing was questionable, but they had to get control of the scene. Tyreek was significantly bigger than all of them, as was his teammate who lied and said they were beating on him. |

Police are in a potentially dangerous situation with a highly agitated noncompliant driver pulled over. Hill refused multiple times to follow instructions.They actually de-escalated a potentially dangerous situation putting Hill to the ground and handcuffing him. The cops did absolutely nothing wrong here dealing with Hill protecting themselves and Hill. |
