There's a chance Doug Pederson will be the second coach fired after a trip to London. |

Flus should jump ship now that he’s trying to go gay. That beard is better suited for NY sensibilities than the Midwest. That leaves an opening for Johnson to slide in. |

The standings are still very favorable to them. The Dolphins are a mess, New England is dead and Buffalo is reeling a bit. The AFC in general is terrible, if you separated the best teams from each division it would be hard to say any team from the AFC South or West is better than the Jets (though that Denver defense, kinda looking spicy). I cannot remember the last time a team with a somewhat favorable playoff outlook fired a coach midseason for something other than a scandal. Or maybe the Jets are bad. I thought they had a lot of good players though. |

If you read comments out of NY, there's still no blame on Rodgers for the 93 points the Jets have scored in 5 games, nor the 49 QBR that puts him 21st in the league. "The line is bad, Hackett is bad". I'd also add in the receivers don't what they're doing but still, Rodgers himself is throwing bad passes. |

He took some heat for wearing a Lebanese flag on his jacket on Sunday, so that may have played a role. |

Pigface Parkins pointed out earlier today that the Jets have the same record, scored the same number of points, and have basically the same yardage this year as they did last year after five games. Aaron Rodgers + Zack Wilson = MATCH! Embarrassing. |

One comment I recall hearing Sunday was that he said he just started attending their quarterback meetings. If true, I would not be surprised if this contributed to his firing. Given their quarterback play during his tenure, this is something he should have been doing all along. |

After Sunday's game Saleh wanted to shit-can Hackett. Ambassador Johnson met with AA-ron Monday night. Instead of Saleh firing Hackett Saleh gets fired |
