Like Watergate, the cover-up is turning out to be a bigger deal than the actual crime. Saints GM Loomis repeatedly lied to Goodell's investigators to provide cover for the bounty program to continue (NFL started investigating in 2010, bounty program ran through the 2011 season). Don't see Eliot Ness Goodell letting that go with the financial equivalent of a parking ticket.

Now reports are that Brees is pissed off at being franchised. Hey Drew, go fuck yourself. The 60 million you've made over your career thus far must be tough to take along with the 14 million more you'll get this year for being franchised I know but heres hoping you'll be able to make ends meet on that.
