Meh... Unless Bradford is the real deal it will all be for nothing.

I thought they did great in getting value....

They definitely have an opportunity to be real good if Bradford can develop and they can find some pieces to go around him. I don't have much confidence in it actually happening though.

They did for sure but they wont be drafting a QB and if Bradford ends up being a bust, it wont matter the great players around him.

The NFL is very excited at the team they should be able to field once they are back in LA.

This. If anything, Bradford is regressing, not progressing.

Agreed. First round picks are always a lock to be a great player.

Isn't that exactly what Dan Snyder is paying a ton of draft picks for?

You guys are acting like the Rams are so inept they should just close up shop

They have arranged to have 9 picks in the first 2 rounds of the next three drafts. That's impressive.

They'll hit on some of em.

Even if Bradford doesnt work out, you can still get a bunch of good players and get a QB down the road.

Not to mention that it's hard to really be skillful or bad at drafting in the first round. It's more luck than anything that the guy you pick who everyone thinks could be really good ends up really good. Aaron Rodgers is probably one of the best first round draft picks of all time. Let's really analyze it though. It was luck. If the Packers really saw his ability coming you think they are sitting back and waiting and hoping he falls to the end of the first round? Of course not. They'd be moving up at least into the 10-15 range where he would have been available.

That's why first round draft picks are so valuable and why the Redskins were probably stupid. The Rams are going to have a bunch of pulls at it. Some will likely be busts or at least average. Others may be great. That is why RG3 must be great. Not good. Not very good. He must be great. He needs to be a top 5 QB. At least with the Cutler trade they knew he was a capable NFL QB. We had a floor on Cutler. RG3 could be the next Ryan Leaf or Tim Couch. I don't think he will be but even first round NFL QB's fail as much as they succeed.

RG III would have to be Tom Brady for that to be worth it.

Redskins next three years of drafts

2012: RG3, No second rd
2013: No first round
2014: No first round

Not to mention the cap penalty they got this year

They are soooo fucked.

This, and/or, because of having that many early picks, they can trade for a guy that's already proven.

Nobody's saying they don't have a good outlook with those picks but it's kinda laughable to suggest a dynasty. They have a lot of picks, but they also have a ton of holes and might not have a good QB for all we know.

Just as laughable when some packer fans talked about a dynasty less than 2 years ago.

Not even close to the same thing. The Packers already have a SB title and the MVP. The Rams won 3 games. You're trying too hard Frank.

Exaggeration for effect. I wasnt literally predicting a dynasty.
