Tonight's "Thursday Night Football" game should be very interesting, especially because the Cardinals are 4-0. They've played solid defense & Kevin Kolb might be the long-term QB after all, despite John Skelton winning the job in training camp and already injured. HC Ken Whisenhunt isn't so sure Skelton will get the starting job back even when fully healthy from a severe right ankle sprain. I know that Arizona paid a lot of $$$$ to get Kolb out of Philadelphia, too.

Oooof they couldn't do better than Browns and Giants for the noon game this week? This will make 2 weeks in a row of me watching Browns football. Bad.

Football will be viewed at a certain Irish Pub-like establishment in Plainfield this weekend.

That's one way to get away from Browns/Giants.

But that involves going to Plainfield. I am scared of Tornado's ever since watching It Sounded like a Freight Train on WGN as a yute. That's a risk I am just not willing to take.

i cant imagine anyone OTHER than a Giants or Browns fan who would have interest in this game. I am pleasantly surprised this game is being broadcast nationally.

I'd rather have them than AMG.....in fact, the only FOX announcing teams I like are Buck/Aikman, and Brennaman/Billick....Rosen/Ryan are ok....Stockton is too old.

CBS teams are much better....

I actually like the Kenny Albert and Moose team but then they ruin it by having that fat clown on the sidelines talking about pizza and trying to chime in on the action.

Goose is terrible. He always makes a dumb comment about the weather and will talk about "how loud it is down here"

Really, Goose? So the Bears have their opponents backed up to their own 3 yard line and you seem to expect to hear a pin drop you fat fuck?

Well it's going to be warm and quiet in Jax, so I wonder what his angle will be on Sunday.

Hey guys, you know this is the Sunshine state and its a clear day out, so some of the backs have the sun visors on their helmets, you know, to help them with the reflection of the sun. Back to you.

Bllick is good. Insightful, yet not a douche or a cheerleader. Brennaman sucks.

Joe Buck is so awful at calling football games he actually made me like Randy Moss more after Moss faux-mooned Lambeau Field.

Oh wow, guys, the wind has really started to kick up down here on the field, especially here towards this end zone. Kickers trying to to kick a field goal into this end zone are gonna have a tough time deal with these breezes. Back to you, Kenny.

Tony Siragusa hasn't missed any meals since his days with the Baltimore Ravens ended. Seriously.

It's one thing if FOX Sports wants to have genuine eye candy like Pam Oliver on the Joe Buck/Troy Aikman crew, Laura Okmin with Thom Brennaman/Brian Billick & Jaime Maggio with Chris Myers/Tim Ryan, but Siragusa with Kenny Albert & the very capable Daryl "Moose" Johnston? C'MON MAN!

I wonder what Mac thinks of Sunday's referee for Bears/Jaguars, Ron Winter. I believe he's #14 in your program.

As if what Mac thinks will make any difference in how the game is called?

That's not what I meant. Mac's really high on NFL referees, and supposedly wanted to have an audience with SI cover boy Ed Hochuli and other real officials before last Thursday's Browns/Ravens' game in Baltimore.
