Whos the best WR in the game right now? Top 5?

AJ Green
Calvin Johnson
Larry Fitzgerald
Julio Jones
Wes Welker

This is off the top of my head and I'm pretty drunk so i might have forgotten one. And no I didn't forget Andre Johnson. He's no longer a top 5 wideout.

Percy Harvin
Brandon Marshall
Cruz
Roddy White
Vincent Jackson
Andre Johnson
Cobb/Nelson
Reggie Wayne
Bowe

All of them I would consider better than Julio Jones.

Brandon Marshall's stats are as good as anyone in the league right now.

It is crazy that Calvin Johnson only has 1 TD so far this year

I'm reserving my vote until I see them perform situps in their driveway.

Your Julio Jones hate is a bit much.
Harvin,Marshall,White,Cruz are the only ones that I would say are better than Julio Jones. Also the WR that FF listed.

8 TD's

When you draft a player out of San Jose State....draft the one that will dominate the NFL and not the one that can jump out of a swimming pool.

Marshall is too droppy but today what... 3 td's?
EDIT: and Reggie Wayne maybe 10 years ago... too old.

Yeah but I could just look up all the receiving stats and make that my list. Is there one Bears fan that wouldn't trade Marshall for Calvin straight up? Even if they were the same age and lets say had five more seasons in them.

Definitely not AJ Green.

Probably Randall Cobb, James Jones or Jordy Nelson.

I believe James Jones leads the league in TD's. Randall Cobb leads the league in awesomeness. And Jordy leads the league in white lightning.

Possibly a healthy Greg Jennings could be considered as well.

Julio Jones is good. But he is not in the top 10 in the league. Top 15 maybe, top 20 certainly.

Probably half of Marshall's stats have come from the 2nd half of a blowout where him and Jay are just stat whoring it up. Today's game and the Jax game were clearly won and they just turned it up and piled it on.

Donald Driver leads the league in Dancing with the Stars championships.

In no particular order of better than Julio Jones in straight stats:

Percy Harvin
Victor Cruz
AJ Green
Reggie Wayne
Wes Welker
Brandon Marshall
Vincent Jackson
Demaryius Thomas
Marques Colston
Jordy Nelson
Roddy White
Randall Cobb
Dwayne Bowe
James Jones

Then you have Megatron and Fitzgerald which are clearly better than him but are having down years.

My god I look forward to the day when the Packers suck, so that every football thread around here does not turn into them sucking each others cock about the hall of fame talent they have at every position

So because Cobb has better numbers than Julio Jones he is a better WR?

You aren't much of a receiver is you are not doing any receiving. Coming into today's games, Julio Jones was ranked 21st in receiving yards, and 32nd in receptions. That is not a top 5 WR.

It's pretty amazing that Packer fans are significantly more obnoxious about their team than Bears fans are on a Chicago sports message board. I mean, by definition, the home teams for a message board are supposed to be obnoxious about it. It's the point of message boards.

Ok on that note I'm going to bed. Randall Cobb and Dwayne Bowe are better than Julio Jones.

I'm sorry if I come across as an asshole but I've been drinking most of the day and I find this to be a bit funny.

Yet, they sit in 2nd place in their division. Shows you how good the Bears really are 8)
