| Post subject: | 49er QB Controversy |
Kapernick was good last night. But people are saying he should be the starting QB from now on (including, it would seem, Jim Harbaugh). I think he could be good, but the 49ers could win the Superbowl this year. Do they want to risk trying to do it with an inexperienced guy? |

I'd give the job back to Alex Smith, but keep him on a short leash. Kaepernick will probably get a few more plays per game now, and a creative coach like Harbaugh knows he has more options with him now than he did a few weeks ago. It was said a few times already but I think it was really impressive how Kaepernick seemed to have such a good feel for every offensive formation despite running a lot of different formations. |

I CALL KAEPERNICK A LUNCHMEAT SANDWICH BECAUSE HE IS ALWAYS READY. I LOVE THE STEEL COLD MENTALITY AND HIS DRIVE TO WIN. HE CAN THROW THE BALL DEEP, THROW THE BALL OVER THE MIDDLE, HE CAN JUKE A DEFENDER, HE CAN READ A DEFENSE. I LOVE THE TENACITY AND THE GRIT. I CALL ALEX SMITH A CAN OF SPAGHETTIOS BECAUSE HE IS READY BUT YOU HAVE TO WARM HIM UP FIRST. I LOVE HIS ABILITIES TO PLAY THE POSITION OF QUARTERBACK. HE NEEDS TO COMPLETE PASSES TO GET IN A RHYTHM AND THEN HE CAN REALLY OUTWIT THE DEFENSE. HE IGNORES THE COMPLAINERS AND GETS IN THERE AND GETS GOING WHEN ITS TIME TO GO. |
